一他所ゟ之取組相止候ニ付病中養子之節差支も可有之候へハ御屋敷内ニ相応  之養子無之候ハヽ日数を経候とも於御国表吟味之上相願可申事ニ候   但右之節ハ末期ニ其段相達可申候其後令病死候へハ死後書付差出之追    而養子之儀ハ取極候上親類共ゟ願書可差上事 一養子之儀兼而御定法も有之事ニ候へ共定府少充行之面々ハ無拠訳合  を以小役人以上ゟ取組之儀以後御免被成候  右之通被仰出候      五月三日                     御目付 ○是迄太鼓御門切手御門下番壱人勤之処此度御本丸御住居ニ相成候ニ付以来  御在国中太鼓御門へ御先組壱人切手御門へ御留守組壱人増番被仰付候事      五月十一日                     御用人 ○去ル三日水野出羽守殿御宅へ御聞番御呼出有之御書付を以去春霊巌島  御住居御類焼ニ付御拝借筋御内願有之候処格別之訳を以御預所御収納米金拝  借之姿ニ而金三万両御拝借被仰出難有思召候右之趣諸向へ可被致通達候      五月  日  但江戸表ニ而ハ五月三日即日被仰出之                     支配頭 ○町在之者御趣意銀致拝借居候分格別重キ御金之儀ニ付期月元利上納御定ニ  候処難渋之訳合も有之趣ニ付此度格別之為御手当利宜上納是迄之通元不  見一割減拾ケ年済被仰付候事      五月廿九日 ○河岸場之儀兼而規定通も有之候処近来猥ニ相成候様相聞候間以来左之通相心  得可申事 一舟上之分福井大橋下并白鬼女金津之儀ハ大判荷物之類たり共都而不苦候事 一舟下ケ之儀ハ右三ケ所たり共米雑穀杪柴其余村用之品ハ格別宿方ニ拘り候  荷物ハ不相成候事

現代語訳

一、他所からの取り組みを停止したことにより、病中養子の節に差し支えもあるだろうから、御屋敷内に相応  の養子がいない場合は日数を経ても国元で吟味の上相談申すべきことである   ただし右の節は末期にその旨を連絡すべきで、その後病死した場合は死後書付を差し出した後    養子の件は取り決めた上で親類共から願書を差し上げること 一、養子の件についてはかねてから御定法もあることだが、定府で少ない知行の面々はやむを得ない訳合  により小役人以上からの取り組みについて今後御許可される  右の通り仰せ出された      五月三日                     御目付 ○これまで太鼓御門・切手御門下番一人勤めのところ、この度御本丸御住居になったことにより、今後  御在国中は太鼓御門へ御先組一人、切手御門へ御留守組一人増番を仰せ付けられること      五月十一日                     御用人 ○去る三日、水野出羽守殿御宅へ御聞番御呼び出しがあり、御書付により去春厳島  御住居御類焼により御拝借筋御内願があったところ、格別の訳により御預所御収納米金拝  借の形で金三万両御拝借が仰せ出され有難く思し召される。右の趣を諸方面へ通達すべきである      五月 日  ただし江戸表では五月三日即日仰せ出された                     支配頭 ○町在の者が御趣意銀を拝借している分について、格別重い御金のことにより期月元利上納が御定め  だったところ、難渋の訳合もある趣により、この度格別の御手当として利息上納はこれまで通り、元金は  一割減で十ヶ年済みを仰せ付けられること      五月二十九日 ○河岸場の件について、かねてから規定通りもあったところ、近来みだりになった様子が聞こえるので、今後左の通り心  得申すべきこと 一、舟上げの分について、福井大橋下並びに白鬼女・金津の件は大判荷物の類であってもすべて構わないこと 一、舟下げの件は右三ヶ所であっても米・雑穀・稗・柴その他村用の品は格別だが、宿方に関わる  荷物は認められないこと
