一他所ゟ之取組相止候ニ付病中養子之節差支も可有之候へハ御屋敷内ニ相応
之養子無之候ハヽ日数を経候とも於御国表吟味之上相願可申事ニ候
但右之節ハ末期ニ其段相達可申候其後令病死候へハ死後書付差出之追
而養子之儀ハ取極候上親類共ゟ願書可差上事
一養子之儀兼而御定法も有之事ニ候へ共定府少充行之面々ハ無拠訳合
を以小役人以上ゟ取組之儀以後御免被成候

御住居御類焼ニ付御拝借筋御内願有之候処格別之訳を以御預所御収納米金拝
借之姿ニ而金三万両御拝借被仰出難有思召候右之趣諸向へ可被致通達候
五月 日 但江戸表ニ而ハ五月三日即日被仰出之

○町在之者御趣意銀致拝借居候分格別重キ御金之儀ニ付期月元利上納御定ニ
候処難渋之訳合も有之趣ニ付此度格別之為御手当利宜上納是迄之通元不

○河岸場之儀兼而規定通も有之候処近来猥ニ相成候様相聞候間以来左之通相心
得可申事
一舟上之分福井大橋下并白鬼女金津之儀ハ大判荷物之類たり共都而不苦候事
一舟下ケ之儀ハ右三ケ所たり共米雑穀杪柴其余村用之品ハ格別宿方ニ拘り候
荷物ハ不相成候事

一、他所からの取り組みを停止したことにより、病中養子の節に差し支えもあるだろうから、御屋敷内に相応
の養子がいない場合は日数を経ても国元で吟味の上相談申すべきことである
ただし右の節は末期にその旨を連絡すべきで、その後病死した場合は死後書付を差し出した後
養子の件は取り決めた上で親類共から願書を差し上げること
一、養子の件についてはかねてから御定法もあることだが、定府で少ない知行の面々はやむを得ない訳合
により小役人以上からの取り組みについて今後御許可される
右の通り仰せ出された
