ハ農業之妨ニ相成候儀ハ思召ニ相背候間聊も下々難儀ニ及事ハ可致用捨兼
而其役筋心得違無之様可申渡旨被仰出候
右之趣御鵜方支配末々迄可被申渡候

一、右三ヶ所以外で前々から舟積みの慣例があるところは格別だが、宿方に関わる荷物の舟上げ・舟下げともに固く認めないこと
右の条々に背く者があれば国事とする

いただくための御事であるから、御場所並びに御道筋へ差し障りとなることを申し立て、みだりに竹木を代価として取り、或い
は農業の妨げになることは思し召しに背くので、少しでも下々が難儀に及ぶことは遠慮すべきで、兼
ねてその役筋で心得違いのないよう申し渡すべき旨が仰せ出された
右の趣を御鵜方支配末々まで申し渡すべきである
九月十一日
右同趣で御鷹方・御水主頭・郡奉行等へも同様に仰せ出された
