〇旧来御勝手向御不如意ニ付去ル戌年改而諸役所向へ御倹約心得方被仰出殊更昨年ゟ
御手元を始万端御省略被仰出格別之御改革ニ付猶又御吟味之上役向ニ寄被仰出
等有之趣何も心得違ハ有之間敷候得共弥以質素を守廉潔ニ可相勤旨被仰出候且
又此度左之通被仰出候
一半減御年限中向々御定金を始定式御出方ニ相成候銀米共是迄度々減事被仰付候
分も有之候へ共此度之儀ハ於向々厚心配を以万事例格ニ不拘精誠勘弁之上都而高
ゟ半減ニ可取計事
一御充行代被下金銀并御充行之外被下金銀俵数共高ゟ半減被下候事
一都而品物渡之分ハ二割減候事

諸役向へ
○旧来御勝手向（財政）が御不如意（困窮）につき、去る戌年に改めて諸役所向へ御倹約心得方を仰せ出され、殊更昨年より御手元をはじめ万端御省略を仰せ出され、格別の御改革につき猶また御吟味の上、役向に寄り仰せ出されることがある趣、何も心得違いはあるまじく候えども、いよいよもって質素を守り廉潔に相勤めるべき旨を仰せ出された。かつまた、この度左の通り仰せ出された。
一、半減御年限中、向々の御定金をはじめ定式御出方に相成る銀米とも、これまで度々減じることを仰せ付けられた分もあるが、この度の件は各向々において厚い心配をもって万事例格に拘らず精誠勘弁の上、すべて高より半減に取り計らうこと
一、御充行代被下金銀並びに御充行の外被下金銀俵数とも、高より半減被下されること
一、すべて品物渡しの分は二割減ずること
一、御家中をはじめ諸被下金米は去る戌年にことごとく相止められ、その筋により止むを得ない向は改めて被下される分、向後高より半分被下されること

Administrative departments
○Due to the long-standing financial difficulties in domain finances, reforms for fiscal austerity measures were ordered to all administrative departments in the previous Year of the Dog, and particularly from last year, comprehensive cost-cutting measures were ordered starting from the lord's personal expenses. Due to these exceptional reforms, further orders have been issued to various departments after investigation. While there should be no misunderstanding of these matters, it has been ordered that one must maintain frugality and perform duties with integrity. Furthermore, the following has been ordered this time:
1. During the period of half-reduction, regarding the regular stipends and standard disbursements in silver and rice for all departments, while there have been previous orders for reductions, this time each department shall exercise careful consideration and, regardless of precedent, shall reduce everything by half from the standard amount through sincere deliberation.

Physicians:
1. Regarding medicine fees, whereas one silver piece was given for prescriptions from one to one hundred doses, during the designated period, silver shall be given at the rate of one piece per hundred doses according to the number of medicines prescribed.
Note: This applies equally to powdered medicines, pills, medicinal powders, and ointments.
Minor Equipment Department:
1. For tea ceremony charcoal, inner quarters oil and candles, washroom charcoal, bathhouse firewood, and tea room charcoal - the regular allocations for these departments shall be reduced by 20% from the standard amount during the designated period.
Summary:
1. The overnight duty system for kitchen supervisors and inspectors shall be discontinued, and the fire watch personnel shall patrol even more diligently.
