一、御役料定免三割二分のところ半減、御借米中の御手当として三分、御定免都合三割五分にて御渡し被成されていたが、格別御難渋の御時節につき諸向とも格別の御省略を仰せ出されたので、右三分の御足免は被成し下されないこと

一、右奥向炭の御定金の件、御年限中高より二割減じること

Regarding official salary standard exemptions: whereas 32% was the standard with half reductions, and with an additional 3% allowance during borrowed rice periods making a total exemption of 35%, given the exceptional financial difficulties of these times and the extraordinary economizing measures ordered across all departments, the additional 3% allowance shall not be granted.
Palace Administrator:
1. Regarding the standard allocation for charcoal for the inner quarters mentioned above, this shall be reduced by 20% from the standard amount during the designated period.
Arms Administrator:
1. For the Arms Department's Edo rotation, the remaining four panels of medium-width eight-course curtains to be returned shall be produced within the local profit allocation.
Construction Magistrate:
1. Regarding carpenter piecework payments handled by the waterworks department, these shall be reduced by 20% from the standard amount during the designated period.
Head Falconer:
1. For falcon feed, currently nineteen measures each distributed twice yearly in spring and autumn with silver payment, this shall be reduced by 10% from the standard amount during the designated period.
1. For falcon medicine expenses, same as above, this shall be reduced by 10% from the standard amount during the designated period.
Head Boatman:
1. For expenses related to repairs of boats and equipment, the boat department shall take responsibility using standard funds equivalent to half the ten-year average, and shall take great care to ensure there are no unexpected expeditions.
Construction Magistrate:
1. Regarding repairs to the main castle's former birthing chambers, family temples, and other facilities, these shall be suspended during the designated period, with only leak repairs and urgent damage to be addressed.
Note: The Construction Office shall be temporarily closed, opening only three times per month to handle official business.
1. During Daian Temple repairs, the newly instituted salt and miso allowances for workers shall be suspended during the designated period.
Attendant Supervisor:
1. Clothing allowances distributed in the domain shall be reduced by 20% from the standard amount during the designated period.

○ Regarding the small allowances to be distributed to those with stipends of 100 koku or less at year's end, the Senior Councilors have announced this, and it shall be communicated by letter to those with 100 koku or less and those with administrative responsibilities.
