〇酒直段近来次第ニ高直ニ相成時節相場不直之趣も相聞候当時左之通可令売買
事 酒壱升ニ付 銀壱匁弐分 右之通酒屋共へ可被相触候
十二月朔日
〇酒直段高直ニ付先達而相触候処酒屋共令難渋願之趣有之ニ付当秋以来造 込（コミ）置候
事ニも候へハ当節左之通可令売買候此上来年ニ至候共直段引上申間敷事

同断ニ付 銀壱匁三分 在方
右之通酒屋共へ可被相触候

○酒の値段が近頃次第に高値になり、時節柄相場が不当である旨も聞こえているので、当時は左記の通り売買させること
酒一升につき 銀一匁二分 右の通り酒屋どもへ触れ回すべし
十二月一日
○酒の値段が高値につき先日触れ回したところ、酒屋どもが難渋して願い出た趣旨があったので、当秋以来仕込み置いた事情もあるため、当節は左記の通り売買させる。この上来年に至っても値段を引き上げてはならないこと
酒一升につき 銀一匁四分 御城下
同じく 銀一匁三分 在方
右の通り酒屋どもへ触れ回すべし

○ Regarding the high sake prices that were previously announced, the sake dealers have petitioned claiming hardship, and considering that they have been brewing since this autumn, the following rates shall apply from now on. Furthermore, prices shall not be raised even into next year:
