御用人
○昨年十二月二十八日、御住居向け御普請の御物入りが多いため、格別のお思召しをもって金六千両の御拝借を仰せ出され、ありがたいお思召しである。右の趣旨を諸方面へ通達すべし。
正月

○御鷹狩り・御川狩り等で御出殿の節、御場所並びに御道筋の件については、これまで通り御鷹方にて調整し申し上げること。御膳所の件については、以後御徒目付へ取り調べを仰せ付けられた。右の通り各方面へ申し渡すべし。
御目付
○御鷹狩り・御川狩り等で御出殿の節の御膳所の件、以後御徒目付へ取り調べを仰せ付けられたので、万端において軽率な雑費がないよう取り計らうこと。
右の通り申し渡され、なお心得方の件については各々から申し聞かせるべし。
二月四日
右につき同二十六日、左の通り御徒目付から達しがあったので、郡奉行月番へ伝達する

○ On the 28th day of the 12th month of last year, due to the large expenses for repairs to the lord's residence, by special consideration, a loan of 6,000 ryō in gold has been graciously granted. This is a most grateful consideration. This matter shall be communicated to all departments.

○ Regarding falcon hunting, river hunting, and other occasions when the lord goes out, the venues and routes shall continue to be arranged by the falcon department as before. For meal preparations, from now on the ashigaru inspectors have been ordered to handle the arrangements. This shall be conveyed to all relevant departments.

○ Regarding meal preparations for falcon hunting, river hunting, and other occasions when the lord goes out, since the ashigaru inspectors have been ordered to handle arrangements from now on, care must be taken to avoid any careless miscellaneous expenses in all matters.
This has been ordered as above, and furthermore, each person shall be informed regarding proper conduct.

Regarding the above, on the 26th of the same month, the following communication came from the ashigaru inspectors, so it is transmitted to the monthly duty district magistrate
