申談宜取計旨 三郡奉行
〇兼々凶作之年柄在々相当之御救被成下度候へ共御時節柄故難行届右ニ付
此度格別之評議を以以来凶作之年柄御救之為趣法乍少分当年籾
三百俵ツヽ町并三郡相渡可申候右之俵数を以本立ニ致し社倉体之趣
法相立候様厚心配可有之候猶又以後之儀ハ年々豊熟之模様ニ寄俵数
可相渡事ニ候

但翌辰六月二日右御渡籾於浜町御蔵町郡引渡有之
江戸ニ而 御目付
〇定府之面々養子之儀御侍以上ハ他家中ゟ之取組昨寅年被指留候へ共
御医師之儀ハ家業も有之儀ニ付別格之御評議を以前々之通被指免御吟
味之上願之通可被仰付事
十一月十五日
右之通可申渡旨御家老中被申聞ニ付定府御医師之面々申聞候様山本正伯
申達之
〇当暮百九拾石取以下御手当可被成下旨被仰出候事

申談宜取計旨 三郡奉行
○以前から凶作の年柄において各地に相当の御救済を下されたいと思うが、御時節柄故に行き届き難い。これにつき今度格別の評議をもって、今後凶作の年柄の御救済のための趣法として、少分ながら当年籾三百俵ずつを町並びに三郡に相渡し申すべきである。右の俵数をもって元手とし、社倉体の趣法を相立てるよう厚く心配すべきである。なお又今後の件は年々豊熟の模様により俵数を相渡しする事である。

○定府の面々の養子の件について、御侍以上は他家中からの取組を昨寅年に指し留められたが、御医師の件は家業もある件につき別格の御評議をもって前々の通りに指し免され、御吟味の上で願いの通りに仰せ付けられるべき事

右の通り申し渡すべき旨を御家老中が申し聞かせられたので、定府御医師の面々に申し聞かせるよう山本正伯が申し達した
○当年暮れに百九十石取以下に御手当を下されるべき旨が仰せ出された事

Town Magistrate
To consult and arrange appropriately Three Counties Magistrate
○ Although it has long been desired to provide appropriate relief to various areas during years of poor harvest, it has been difficult to achieve due to the current circumstances. Therefore, through special deliberation this time, as a system for relief during future years of poor harvest, though in small amounts, 300 hyō each of rice seedlings shall be distributed to the towns and three counties this year. Using this number of hyō as capital, careful attention should be paid to establishing a system resembling community granaries. Furthermore, regarding future matters, the number of hyō to be distributed shall depend on the annual harvest conditions.

However, on the 2nd day of the 6th month of the following tatsu year, the aforementioned distributed rice seedlings were handed over to towns and counties at the Hamamachi granary.

○ Regarding adoption among those in permanent residence, while adoption from other domains was prohibited last tora year for samurai rank and above, for physicians, considering they have hereditary professions, through special deliberation they shall be permitted as before, and requests shall be granted as desired after examination.

The senior councilors instructed that the above should be communicated, so Yamamoto Seiha was told to inform the physicians in permanent residence.
○ It was announced that stipends shall be granted to those receiving 190 koku and below at the end of this year.
