別紙之通相心得可取扱旨
別紙 支配頭へ
〇盗物与不存反物其外買取候者其届品取返シ被盗候者へ相返シ代金買主不念
ニ候間可為致損金候尤其上咎可申付事証人取候而買取候ハヽ証人ゟ代金買主方
へ為相渡可申事
但証人右償金出来不申候ハヽ家屋敷等迄為売払身代銀申付其上ニ而元金
不足之分被盗候者半金相償買取候者半金可為致損失事
一他国并他領等之盗物質ニ取又ハ買取候節ハ前々之通取扱可申事
九月五日 府中へも
〇御家中六百石未満之面々ゟ末々迄乍少分御手当被成下候旨於御城諸月番へ申通
之 十月十五日
但五百五十石 拾七俵 百石 拾五俵 七石弐人ふち 三俵弐斗四升
右段ニ差別有之右ハ御国居候面々如此当年江戸帰ハ減少有之

〇定府番外之面々忰御目見養子縁組病中養子等相願候節口上書認方
是迄区々有之候へ共都而上書ニハ御家老中迄宜被仰達与相認候様改而被
仰出候
右之趣定府番外之面々心得違無之様可被申聞置候
十月廿日 右ニ付追々申達之月番笹川藤内
町奉行へ
〇新米出揃候迄酒造米買《見せ消ち：込｜入》被指留置候処先達而元立買入之儀相願候得共難及
取揚候処此度又々再願ニ付当分半石造り被差免右半石之当りを以御趣意
ニ付米高之内現手形ニ而御払被成候事
右之通可被申渡候

〇別紙之趣金津奉行町奉行三郡奉行并府中へ指越夫々支配寺院へ早速相
触候様可致通達旨

別紙の通り心得て取り扱うべき旨
別紙 支配頭へ
○盗品と知らずに反物その他を買い取った者について、その届け出品を取り返し、盗まれた者へ返却し、代金は買主の不注意であるから損金とすべきである。もちろんその上で咎めを申し付けること。証人を立てて買い取った場合は、証人より代金を買主方へ渡すべきこと
但し証人が右の償金を出すことができない場合は、家屋敷等まで売り払って身代銀を申し付け、その上で元金の不足分については、盗まれた者が半額を償い、買い取った者が半額を損失とすべきこと
一、他国並びに他領等の盗品を質に取り又は買い取った節は、前々の通り取り扱うべきこと
九月五日 府中へも
○御家中六百石未満の面々より末々まで少分ながら御手当てを下される旨を御城の諸月番へ申し通ずること 十月十五日
但し五百五十石 十七俵 百石 十五俵 七石二人扶持 三俵二斗四升
右のように差別がある。右は御国にいる面々はこのようで、当年江戸帰りは減少がある
御目付へ
○定府番外の面々の子息の御目見、養子縁組、病中養子等を願い出る節の口上書の認め方について、これまで区々であったが、すべて上書には「御家老中まで宜しく仰せ達されたく」と認めるよう改めて仰せ出される
右の趣旨について定府番外の面々が心得違いのないよう申し聞かせ置くべきである
十月二十日 右につき追々申し達しの月番 笹川藤内
町奉行へ
○新米が出揃うまで酒造米の買い入れを禁止し置いたところ、先達って元手買い入れの件を願い出たが取り上げ難いところ、この度また再願につき、当分半石造りを許可し、右半石の当たりをもって御趣意により米高の内現手形で御払いなされること
右の通り申し渡すべきである

○別紙の趣旨を金津奉行、町奉行、三郡奉行並びに府中へ指し越し、それぞれ支配の寺院へ早速触れるよう通達すべき旨

Attached Document To the Administrative Head
○ Regarding those who purchase textiles and other items without knowing they are stolen goods: the reported items shall be retrieved and returned to the theft victim, and the purchase price shall be treated as a loss due to the buyer's negligence. Of course, punishment shall also be imposed. If the purchase was made with a guarantor, the guarantor shall pay the purchase price to the buyer.
However, if the guarantor cannot provide the compensation, houses and property shall be sold to raise funds, and any remaining shortfall of the principal shall be compensated half by the theft victim and half as loss by the buyer.
1. Regarding stolen goods from other provinces and other domains that are pawned or purchased, they shall be handled as before.
9th month, 5th day Also to Fuchū
○ From retainers with less than 600 koku down to the lowest ranks, small allowances shall be granted, to be communicated to all monthly duty officers at the castle. 10th month, 15th day
However: 550 koku - 17 bales; 100 koku - 15 bales; 7 koku with stipend for 2 people - 3 bales, 2 to, 4 shō
There are distinctions as above. This applies to those residing in the domain; for those returning from Edo this year, there are reductions.
To the Inspector
○ Regarding the format of written petitions when retainers not on permanent Edo duty request audiences for their sons, adoptions, marriages, adoptions during illness, etc.: while the format has varied until now, all petitions shall uniformly state "respectfully request this be communicated to the Senior Councilors."
The above shall be communicated to ensure retainers not on permanent Edo duty have no misunderstanding.
10th month, 20th day Regarding the above, monthly duty officer for successive communications: Sasagawa Tōnai
To the Town Magistrate
○ While the purchase of rice for sake brewing was prohibited until new rice becomes available, although a request was made earlier for capital investment purchases which was difficult to approve, due to this renewed petition, half-koku brewing is temporarily permitted, and payment shall be made with cash certificates from the rice reserves according to this directive.
The above shall be announced.

To the Inspector
○ The attached directive shall be sent to the Kanazu Magistrate, Town Magistrate, Three-District Magistrate, and to Fuchū, with instructions to promptly communicate to temples under their respective jurisdictions.
