○石谷山間歩石細工尺延の件について、昨年十二月に仰せ出された通り、他国への持ち出しの件は古法の通り厳重に守るべきこと。他領への持ち出しについては、格別の事情により十ヶ年の間御免許されたので、御普請方役所において厚く吟味を遂げ取り扱うべきこと。
　右の通り御普請奉行へ申し聞かせるべし。

○Regarding the matter of Ishitani mountain surveying and stone carving measurements: As proclaimed last December, the export to other provinces should be strictly observed according to ancient law. As for export to other territories, special permission has been granted for a period of ten years under exceptional circumstances, so the Public Works Office should conduct thorough examination and handle [such matters].
　The above should be communicated to the Public Works Magistrate.
