但敦賀問屋方指引有之分ハ掛り之者夫々申談可取計事
一為登荷物之儀ハ荷主ゟ送書を以掛り之者へ相届掛り之者ゟ指紙相添相送り仕切金
之儀ハ為替ニ取計会所ニおゐて札銀を以荷主へ相渡可申事
但敦賀問屋駄別札米駄賃庭銭諸掛り物等御趣法ニ付掛合之上口々書分ケニ
相成以後ハ壱箇ニ付壱歩ツヽ諸掛り物〆高之内ニ而相減候様相定候事
附札米駄賃浦々相場を以相定月々会所へ問屋共ゟ相達候事
一於浦々締り之者申付候間出船之節締之者へ相届同人ゟ送り書相添敦賀会所へ可

一各浦で産出される魚類の敦賀までの荷物について、御趣法により同所の打宅弁次郎宅において会所を設立し、担当の者が詰めており、荷物問屋へ着船の上、右担当の者へ弁次郎が付き添い荷物を改め、地売りの分は従来の通り荷主の都合で取り計らい、決済金については問屋から会所へ差し出し、荷主候は会所から札銀をもって相渡しすること。
ただし敦賀問屋方で差し引きがある分は、担当の者がそれぞれ相談して取り計らうこと。
一上り荷物については、荷主から送り状をもって担当の者へ届け出て、担当の者から指紙を添えて送り、決済金については為替で取り計らい、会所において札銀をもって荷主へ相渡しすること。
ただし敦賀問屋の駄別札米、駄賃、庭銭、諸掛かり物等について御趣法により掛け合いの上、口々書き分けになって以後は、一箇につき一歩ずつ諸掛かり物の総額の内で相減するよう定めたこと。
付け加えて札米駄賃は各浦の相場をもって定め、月々会所へ問屋共から連絡すること。
一各浦において締めの者を申し付けたので、出船の際は締めの者へ届け出て、同人から送り書を添えて敦賀会所へ差し出すこと。
右の通りこの度厳重な締め方を仰せ付けられたので、各浦において以後は抜け荷物並びに他国者への直売等をする者があれば、きっと御法の通り申し付けること。

1. Regarding fish products from various coastal areas transported to Tsuruga: According to the official policy, an office shall be established at Uchitaku Benjiro's residence in the same location, with designated officials stationed there. Upon arrival of goods at the freight forwarder, the designated officials, accompanied by Benjiro, shall inspect the cargo. Local sales shall be handled at the discretion of the cargo owners as before, and settlement payments shall be submitted from the forwarder to the office, with the office paying cargo owners in silver certificates.
However, for transactions involving deductions by Tsuruga forwarders, the designated officials shall consult among themselves to handle the matter.
1. For upbound cargo: cargo owners shall notify the designated officials with shipping documents, who shall add instruction papers and forward them. Settlement payments shall be handled through money exchange, with the office paying cargo owners in silver certificates.
However, regarding Tsuruga forwarders' individual rice certificates, transport fees, yard fees, and various charges: following negotiations under the official policy and subsequent itemized documentation, it has been determined that one bu per item shall be deducted from the total miscellaneous charges.
Additionally, rice certificate transport fees shall be determined based on market rates at each port, with forwarders reporting monthly to the office.
1. Supervisors have been appointed at each port, so ships must report to these supervisors before departure, who shall add shipping documents before submitting to the Tsuruga office.
As strict oversight has been ordered as described above, any person at the ports who subsequently engages in smuggling or direct sales to outsiders shall be dealt with strictly according to the law.
