○酒造米買込之儀先達而被指留置候処各支配下古酒屋共歎願之趣
有之ニ付造高ゟ弐歩通被指免候当時米価高直之年柄ニ候へハ猶又締
方厳敷申付若心得違之者於有之ハ急度可被及御沙汰へ候間其段可被申

○酒造米買い込みについて先達て差し止めていたところ、各支配下の古い酒屋共から嘆願があったため、造高から二割を許可する。現在米価高値の年柄であるから、なお一層締め方を厳しく申し付け、もし心得違いの者があればきっとお沙汰に及ぶであろうから、その段を申し渡すこと。詳細については御目付共から申し聞かせる筈である

○当年米穀高値のため酒造を差し止めていたところ、追々町在の古株の者共が願い出て許可したが、新酒造人共については願いの趣を取り上げ難いため、取酒売買を願い出た。これにより日数百日限りで酒売買を願いの通り許可する

Details will be communicated by the inspectors.

○Regarding the two mountain properties owned by Senj̄ū-ji Temple outside the temple grounds in Wakasugi Village, and the former site of Senkaku-ji Temple that has existed in the same village since ancient times (currently assessed at 3 koku, 3 to, 3 shō, 9 gō): an exchange is ordered between the said two mountain properties of Senjū-ji Temple. Furthermore, discuss and handle this matter appropriately.

○Same as above. Since this matter was announced, it has become an official checkpoint location, so keep this in mind and handle appropriately.

As declared by the Senior Retainers District Heads
○Merchants from other domains are henceforth prohibited from lodging at inns. This matter shall be announced.
December 20th
However, as the inns in Awatabe, Matsuoka, etc. are subject to the same directive, this was communicated to the district heads. Since Fuchu is also subject to the same directive, the Fuchu caretakers were summoned and informed of this matter.
Three Districts Magistrate
○Due to high grain prices this year, sake production was prohibited, but gradually established merchants in towns and villages petitioned and were granted permission. However, as the petitions of new sake producers could not be accepted, they requested permission for sake trading instead. Therefore, sake trading is permitted as requested for a limited period of one hundred days.
