○去々申秋以来諸産物不熟ニ付正金廻り不融通無御拠去酉三月ゟ両替
切符渡被仰出候処一統指支難渋之趣相聞ニ付格別御趣意を以切符渡被相
止来ル六月三日ゟ前々之通無指支引替相渡可申候且又当分左之通相場御
立替ニ成候以来時宜ニ寄高下可有之候尤金銀受継之儀ハ前々ゟ御法度
之事ニ候間心得違無之様堅相守可申事ニ候
一金壱両ニ付銀九拾匁立 但両替賃なし
一引替刻限之儀ハ前々之通四時ゟ九時迄之内ニ候事

用地相成候浜町能登屋権右衛門与申者地面其儘被下置候其段申渡可被取

但右地面ハ是迄惣左衛門罷在候居宅之地続ニ而且又能登屋権右衛門ハ右代
地同所伊藤孫之丞東隣御用地之内ニ而是迄之坪数被下置候事尤右ニ付

右は今日の月次一統御礼の後、御用部屋において夫々申し渡されたものである。ただし江戸表では6月10日に同様のことが申し出された。
御札所目付
○一昨年秋以来、諸産物が不作のため正金の流通が悪く、やむを得ず去年3月から両替切符を発行したところ、一同が困難を訴える旨が聞こえてきたため、格別の配慮をもって切符の発行を停止し、来る6月3日から従来通り支障なく引き替えて渡すことができる。また当分の間、以下の通り相場を公定する。今後は時宜により高下があるだろう。もっとも金銀の受け継ぎについては従来から禁止されていることなので、心得違いのないよう堅く守ること。
一、金1両につき銀90匁建て ただし両替賃なし
一、引き替え時限については従来通り四時から九時までの間である。
5月16日
御側御用人
○高野惣左衛門は以前から文庫造営をしたい旨の内願があったため、先達って御用地となった浜町能登屋権右衛門という者の地面をそのまま下賜する。その旨を申し渡して取り扱うこと。
7月11日
ただし右の地面は今まで惣左衛門が住んでいた居宅の地続きで、また能登屋権右衛門には代替地として同所伊藤孫之丞東隣の御用地の内で、従来の坪数を下賜する。もっともこれについて捨地の取り扱い等については例の通りである。

○米価が今なお高値である趣なので、先達って申し出た通り締め方を厳重に守ること。もし心得違いのことがあれば、右の申し出により売買人双方とも吟味の上処罰する。もしそのようなことを見聞きしたならば、一昨年申し渡しておいた通り、訴え出た者へは取り扱った俵数を下賜した上で、褒美として銀5枚を与える。互いに油断なく吟味すること。万一そのようなことを知りながら訴え出ない者がいれば、厳しく咎めを申し付ける。
右の趣旨をなお申し出るので、厳重に申し付けること。

The above was conveyed in the official business room after today's monthly collective ceremony. However, at Edo, the same was announced on the 10th day of the 6th month.
Inspector of Official Documents
○Since the autumn of the year before last, due to poor harvests of various products, the circulation of hard currency has been poor, and unavoidably exchange tickets were issued from the 3rd month of last year. However, as complaints of difficulties from everyone were heard, with special consideration the issuance of tickets has been stopped, and from the coming 3rd day of the 6th month, exchanges can be made without hindrance as before. Also, for the time being, exchange rates are officially set as follows. Henceforth, there may be fluctuations depending on circumstances. Moreover, regarding the inheritance of gold and silver, this has been prohibited from before, so it must be strictly observed without misconduct.
One: Gold 1 ryō equals 90 monme of silver, with no exchange fee
One: Exchange hours remain as before, between the fourth and ninth hours.

Personal Attendant
○Takano Sōzaemon had previously made an internal request to construct a library, so the land of one called Notoya Gonuemon in Hamamachi, which recently became official land, is hereby granted as is. This matter should be conveyed and handled accordingly.
11th day of the 7th month
However, the aforementioned land is adjacent to the residential land where Sōzaemon has been living, and Notoya Gonuemon will be granted the same number of tsubo as before within the official land east of Itō Magoojō in the same location as replacement land. Naturally, regarding the handling of abandoned land and such, it follows precedent.

Chief Administrator
○As rice prices remain high, the controls previously announced must be strictly observed. If there is any misconduct, both buyers and sellers will be investigated and punished according to the aforementioned announcement. If anyone sees or hears of such matters, as instructed the year before last, those who report will be given the number of rice bales involved and rewarded with 5 pieces of silver. Everyone should conduct investigations without negligence. Should anyone fail to report such matters while knowing of them, they will be strictly punished.
As this matter is announced once again, it must be strictly enforced.
