　右之通相成候得は自然町入用も
　相増地主共迷惑之姿ニ心得とも
　万一其身類焼は勿論所持地面等
　焼失之難儀を存候得は聊之費用を
　可厭筋は有之間敷殊ニ冬春之内
　日々風烈と申儀も無之候間其方共ゟ
　能々可申諭候
一総而触申渡之趣其当座限ニ相成
　候と後々迄行届候とは悉町役人共
　心得方之厚薄ニより可申儀之処
　一旦申渡印形等取置候得は役前
　済候様ニ心得候故自然弛ミ勝ニ相成候

このように取り決めが実施されれば、当然町の入用（経費）も増加し、地主たちが迷惑に思うことも理解できるが、万一自分の身が類焼することは言うまでもなく、所持している地面等が焼失する難儀を考えれば、わずかな費用を嫌がる理由はないはずである。特に冬春の間は、日々風が激しいということもないので、そなたたちからよくよく申し諭すこと。

一、総じて触書で申し渡した趣旨が、その当座限りで終わってしまうか、後々まで行き届くかは、すべて町役人たちの心得方の厚薄によるものであるが、一旦申し渡して印形等を取り置けば、役目が済んだように心得るため、自然と弛みがちになってしまう。
