水仕不宜大川橋東西橋台之儀も同様ニ而

亥十二月四日、森本与三郎持参、高林忠太夫を以て上る

On the 4th day of the 12th month, Year of the Boar, submitted by Morimoto Yosaburo through Takabayashi Chudayu
On the 9th of the same month, received approval to proceed, and on the following 10th day, returned by Hikogoro

The ground surface above the east and west auxiliary grounds and access roads of Eitai Bridge has become uneven,
making water drainage poor. The east and west abutments of Okawa Bridge are in the same condition.
