左衛門尉打混同様相勤候様被仰渡其
以来追々先役共被仰付候節申合是迄
之通据置候旨申上置候然ル処永代橋
新大橋大川橋三橋之義は前之私御役所
取扱ニ而江戸向本所深川橋々は従来
元遠山左衛門尉御役所取扱ニ御座候間
今般旧復仕候得は弁利も宜御座候ニ付
朱書之通引替取扱候様可仕候哉且又
諸問屋組合再興之儀南北御役所え
引分ケ取調候旨去亥三月申上置引分ケ
相調罷在候間右慮書え朱書之通認入候
積り池田播磨守申合候様可仕候哉此段

左衛門尉と打ち混じって同様に相勤めるよう仰せ渡され、その
以来、追々先役共が仰せ付けられた節に申し合わせ、これまで
の通り据え置く旨申し上げ置いた。然るところ永代橋・
新大橋・大川橋の三橋の件は、前の私の御役所
取扱いであり、江戸向本所深川橋々は従来
元遠山左衛門尉御役所取扱いでございますので、
今般旧復致しますなら便利もよろしゅうございますにつき、
朱書の通り引き替え取扱い候様致すべきでしょうか。且つまた
諸問屋組合再興の件を南北御役所へ
引き分け取り調べる旨、去る亥三月に申し上げ置き、引き分け
相調えて罷り在りますので、右の慮書へ朱書の通り認め入れる
積もりで池田播磨守と申し合わせるべきでしょうか。この段
お伺い申し上げます。以上

[I was directed] to work jointly with Saemon no jō in the same manner, and since then, whenever successive predecessors were appointed, we consulted and reported that [matters] would be maintained as before. However, regarding the three bridges of Eitai-bashi, Shin-Ōhashi, and Ōkawa-bashi, these were handled by my previous office, while the Edo-ward Honjo Fukagawa bridges have traditionally been handled by the former Tōyama Saemon no jō's office. If we now restore the old system, it would be more convenient, so should we exchange and handle [responsibilities] as indicated in the red notation? Furthermore, regarding the revival of various wholesale guild associations, I reported in the third month of the past Boar year that [this matter] would be divided between the North and South offices for investigation, and the division has been arranged accordingly. Should I consult with Ikeda Harima no kami with the intention of adding the red notation as indicated to the aforementioned memorandum? I humbly inquire about this matter. The above.
