　願之通被仰渡候ハヽ当十月ゟ来三月迄
　六ケ月分之御入用年々御渡し御座候様
　仕度奉存候依之別紙願書并書付とも
　弐通相添此段奉伺候
　　但本文御入用出方之儀は町年寄方
　　に而取扱候三橋目当地代金之内ゟ被下
　　置候儀ニ御座候間年番并町年寄え被

現代語訳

お願いの通りお仰せ渡しいただけましたら、当十月から来年三月まで六ヶ月分の御入用を年々お渡しいただけますよう仕りたく存じます。これにより別紙の願書並びに書付とも二通添えて、この段お伺い申し上げます。

ただし本文の御入用支出の件は、町年寄方にて取り扱っております三橋目当地代金の内からお下げ置きいただく件でございますので、年番並びに町年寄へもお仰せ渡しいただけますよう存じます。【以上４行は朱記】

If you would kindly grant our request as submitted, we would like to receive the six months' worth of expenses from this October through next March on an annual basis. Accordingly, we are submitting this inquiry along with two copies of the separate petition and accompanying documents.

However, regarding the disbursement of the expenses mentioned in the main text, since these are to be provided from the designated land fees for the three bridges handled by the town elders' office, we believe it should also be communicated to the annual duty officer and the town elders.
