厳敷申渡候次第も有之候処旱打続
候故歟度々火事沙汰も有之春先は
別而大火等も有之事故此上市中
末々迄厳重火之元心付候様可申渡
尤申渡而已ニ而は徒法ニ相成候間町内
昼夜共相互ニ心付廻り等四月頃迄は
是迄ゟ一際厳重ニ可取計左候得は
自然町入用も相掛り候儀ニ候得共
是等は脇前之小事出火有之銘々
焼失いたし候得は大ナル災害ニ而其処を
市中末々迄能々心得軽キもの共心得
違無之様名主共は勿論町役人共えも

厳しく申し渡した次第もあったところ、日照りが続いたためか度々火事騒ぎもあり、春先は特に大火なども発生したため、この上は市中の末端まで厳重に火の元に注意するよう申し渡すべきである。もっとも申し渡すだけでは空文に終わってしまうので、町内は昼夜ともに相互に注意を払い見回りなどを四月頃まではこれまでより一層厳重に取り計らうべきである。そうすれば自然と町の入用（費用）もかかることになるが、これらは些細な前もっての小事であり、出火があって各々が焼失してしまえば大きな災害となるのであるから、その点を市中の末端まで十分に心得させ、軽率な者どもが心得違いをしないよう、名主はもちろん町役人どもにも
