一、風が激しい時は名主も支配内を見回り、
　火の元を怠らないよう申し付けるべきこと
一、平日は水溜め桶を用意し、水が乾か
　ないよう絶えず汲み入れ置くべきこと
一、名主共は組合の内二三人ずつ申し合わせ、常々
　支配内の火の元等を互いに注意し、軒の近い
　所へ火所を作ったり、その他火の元が不用心に
　見える所は、名主共が見回って直させる
　べきこと
追加
一、風が激しい時にやむを得ない用事で外出等をする時は
　家主へ相談すべきこと。独身の者は

1. During strong winds, the headman (nanushi) shall also patrol within his jurisdiction and order that fire sources not be neglected.

1. On ordinary days, water storage buckets shall be prepared, and water shall be continuously drawn and stored so that it does not dry up.

1. Among the headmen, groups of two or three persons shall coordinate with each other, constantly paying attention to fire sources and such within their jurisdictions. Where fire places are built near eaves or other locations where fire sources appear to be handled carelessly, the headmen shall patrol and have them corrected.
