現代語訳

家主から火の元検査を受けてから外出すべきである
一、裏家・店借りの者共はもちろん、表店に
　住居する者も加わって、五人三人ずつ組合を
　作り置き、組合内で相互に火の元を注意し合う
　べきである【以上５行朱記】
右の条々は必ず守るべきであり、背いた場合は
罪科に処すべきものである

1. Not only those who rent back houses and shops, but also those who reside in front shops shall join together to form groups of five or three persons each, and within these groups they shall mutually watch over fire sources.
