これまでの水害、山間部の被害分：
一、安庭村一軒、親木組は残らず流失
一、永井村弓組・船場組は残らず流失
一、笹平村水主・穢多は残らず流失
一、瀬脇村本郷は残らず流失、同じく伊森組は一軒残り、その他は残らず流失
一、下宮野村保玉組は残らず流失、荒神堂まで流失。四月十三日に決壊崩落、真神峠・押崎の通常水位より水の高さ十六丈
右記は松代領分からの届出書。松本御領分の潰家・死人・流失等の員数は不明。

- Sewaki village: Hongō completely swept away, same Imori group had 1 house remaining, all others completely swept away
- Shimo-miyano village: Hotama group completely swept away, even Kōjindō swept away. On the 13th day of the 4th month, burst and collapsed, water height at Majin Pass and Oshizaki was 16 jō above normal water level
