【右丁】
をするようなことがあってはならないことである。右のような者がいれば厳重に咎めを申し付ける。重々災害が軽微であった村方や人別の内で、冥加のほどを存じ付けて御救い方への献上物を致し、あるいは融通方を専ら心がけ、合力や絶え間ない行いなどを致す者も相聞こえ、奇特至極のことである。追って褒美を賜ることになる。なお、この上は銘々相励み出精すれば一段のことである。村役人は承り届け、右奇特の者の名前や訳柄を書き上げるべきである。かつ多くの村々について、もし御救い方に漏れる者があっては御趣意に相漏れることになるので、村役人どもはよくよく相心得、いよいよ深切に取り扱い、小前の末々まで漏れないように相触れるものである。

去る月の大地震以来、満水等の非常変災で一統難渋の時にて、小屋掛けやその外の作事が多くのことにつき、大工職人等は幾重にも出精し相励むべきである。万一心得違いにて作料・日雇をこれまでの定めの外に余分に受け取ってはならないことである。その旨急度相守り、心得違いなく誠意にかせき（働き）を致すべき旨、諸職人のいる村々の役人より申し通し、銘々その段を心得るものである。

They will be rewarded in due course. Furthermore, if everyone makes efforts and works diligently from now on, it will be most beneficial. Village officials should receive and report the names and circumstances of such commendable individuals. Moreover, since there are many villages, if there are any who are overlooked by relief efforts, it would go against the lord's intentions, so village officials should understand this well, handle matters with even greater care and compassion, and ensure that notifications reach even the smallest farmers without omission.

Since last month's great earthquake, due to extraordinary disasters such as flooding, everyone is in distress, and with many construction projects such as temporary shelters and other building work, carpenters and craftsmen should make every effort and work diligently. Under no circumstances should they misunderstand and receive extra payment beyond the established rates for construction work and daily wages - this is unacceptable. They must strictly observe this principle and work with sincerity without misunderstanding. Village officials in villages where various craftsmen reside should communicate this message, and each person should understand this matter.
