又軒廊御卜形二通《割書：官寮｜ 》副神宮奉解下上卿
仰云令載宣命辞別ヨ又仰去地震事驚思召
同可令載宣命《割書：大外記｜頼業申》承徳三年公卿敇使進
発朝地震即被載宣命辞別今日又有此事可
被辞別申歟即下官申殿下仍被仰也次上卿
召左中弁俊経被仰宣命事下給御卜形被仰

宣命文略之辞別今日仰官寮天令卜火災事

推之坤方神社加祟之等可有公家御慎天下
下口舌兵革動揺事歟

卜筮が終わり官寮が退去した《割書：中略》
また軒廊の御卜形二通《割書：官寮》を副えて神宮の奉解を上卿に下し
仰せられて云うには「宣命辞別を載せしめよ」とのことであった。また仰せられるには「地震の事は驚き思し召され
同じく宣命に載せしめるべし」《割書：大外記｜頼業が申す》承徳三年公卿勅使が進
発する朝に地震があり即座に宣命辞別に載せられた。今日またこの事があったので
辞別せらるべきかと申すか。即座に下官が殿下に申し上げたので仰せられたのである。次に上卿が
左中弁俊経を召して宣命の事を仰せられ、御卜形を下し給い
地震の事等を仰せられた《割書：中略》
宣命文を略したその辞別で今日官寮に仰せられるには「天が火災の事を卜せしめた
《割書：留》間《割書：尓》に厚地が大震して畏れ途がいよいよ深《割書：久》」としてこれを載せた

間の事の御卜の便宜により地震の事を卜された

問う「去年十二月二十九日申の時の地震は、これは何の咎や
祟によって致されたものか」
これを推すに坤方の神社が祟りを加えたもので、公家の御慎みや天下の
下口舌兵革動揺の事があるのであろうか

Also, two copies of the divination forms from the roofed corridor 《marginal note: officials》 were attached and the shrine's report was sent down to the Senior Noble
He commanded saying "Have the imperial edict of avoidance recorded." He also commanded "The earthquake matter is alarming to His Majesty's thoughts,
and should likewise be recorded in the imperial edict" 《marginal note: Senior Secretary｜Yorinari reported》 In Jōtoku 3, on the morning when court nobles and imperial messengers departed,
there was an earthquake and it was immediately recorded in the edict of avoidance. Today this matter occurred again, so
should avoidance be declared? The subordinate official immediately reported to His Lordship, whereupon he gave the command. Next, the Senior Noble
summoned Left Middle Controller Toshitsune and commanded regarding the imperial edict, bestowed the divination forms,
and commanded regarding earthquake matters, etc. 《marginal note: abbreviated》
In the abbreviated imperial edict text of that avoidance, today he commanded the officials: "Heaven caused divination regarding the fire disaster,
《marginal note: stay》 during 《marginal note: this time》 the thick earth greatly shook and the path of fear became ever deeper 《marginal note: long》" - thus it was recorded

Regarding this matter, earthquake divination was performed for convenience during the imperial divination
Today the Minister of the Left entered the palace, received the imperial command, and performed roofed corridor divination 《marginal note: ab｜breviated》

curse was this brought about?"
Upon consideration, shrines in the southwest direction have added curses, and there may be imperial household abstinences and matters of
slander, military upheaval, and unrest throughout the realm
