右去年十二月廿九日申時也大震𠮷凶去年
十二月廿九日丙辰時加申従魁臨丙為用将
朱雀中大𠮷将大陰終太一撰天空哉遇従革
推之依理運所致之上非慎御薬事従震巽方
奏口舌兵革事歟期震日以後卅五日内及来
三月四月八月節中並壬癸日也何以言之用
起自刑神是主理運又太歳上為天運白即是
主御薬事又用廿日上見令神将帯朱雀卦過
従革是以主口舌兵革之故也兼被祈請主期
殊慎御咎自銷乎
仁安四年正月八日 陰陽寮連署略之
二十日参石清水宮可被行臨時御袖神楽可
奉行之故也神宮火事御卜公家御慎之由官寮
卜申之上此間天変地震司天進奏旁怖畏思

右、去年十二月二十九日申の時の大震の吉凶について。去年
十二月二十九日丙辰の申の時に、魁が丙に臨んで用となり、将は
朱雀で中大吉、将は大陰で終、太一は撰、天空であり、従革に遇う。
これを推すに、理運によって致されたものであり、上は御薬の事を慎まれるに非ず、震巽方より
口舌兵革の事を奏するのであろうか。期は震日以後三十五日内及び来る
三月四月八月の節中並びに壬癸日である。何をもってこれを言うかというと、用が
刑神より起こるのは、これ理運を主るものである。また太歳上を天運白となすは即ちこれ
御薬の事を主るものである。また用の二十日上に令神将が朱雀の卦を帯びて過ぐるを見る
従革である。これをもって口舌兵革を主る故である。兼ねて祈請を被り主期に
殊に慎まれ御咎自ら銷えんか。
仁安四年正月八日 陰陽寮連署これを略す
二十日、石清水宮に参り臨時御袖神楽を行わるべく
奉行すべき故である。神宮火事の御卜で公家御慎みの由を官寮が
卜し申し上げた上、この間天変地震で司天が進奏し、ともに怖畏し思し

Regarding the auspiciousness or inauspiciousness of the great earthquake at the hour of the Monkey on the 29th day of the 12th month of last year.
