十四日辛酉、酉の終わりに大地震があった。後日、大膳大夫親宜朝臣に尋ねたところ、月が畢宿を行き、天子は吉、大臣は福を受けるという。また十一月の動きは百日以内に兵乱があるという。
○康富記 文安六年四月十二日、外記が大地震の勘例を調べた。
康安元年六月二十一日大地震。二十五日、天王寺金堂が地震のため顛倒した。九月八日尊星王法、十四日熾盛光法が修された（共に地震の御祈りである）。二十三日、宝篋院殿が今熊野に引き籠もられた（清氏没落）。主上も同行してその社へ行かれ、二十四日還幸された。
康安二年は貞治元年と改元
○康富記文安六年四月十三日、外記が大地震の勘例を調べた。
貞治元年五月十七日酉半（午後六時頃）大地震があり、時刻を経てもひどく鳴動し、去年の大地震のように数日に及んだ。十八日地震が数度。二十日は動かなかったか。二十三日まで続き、六月四日内裏において五壇法が行われた。地震の御祈りである。

The 14th day, kanoto-tori: At the end of the Hour of the Rooster, there was a great earthquake. Later, when I inquired of Daizenno-taifu Chikayoshi Ason, he said that the moon passed through the constellation Hyades (Boshi), which is auspicious for the Emperor and brings good fortune to ministers. Also, the movement in the 11th month indicates military rebellion within a hundred days.
○ From the Kōtomi-ki: On the 12th day of the 4th month of Bunnan 6, the Geki investigated precedent cases of great earthquakes.
Kōan 1, 6th month, 21st day: Great earthquake. On the 25th day, the golden hall of Tennōji Temple collapsed due to the earthquake. On the 8th day of the 9th month, the Sonshō-ō ritual was performed, and on the 14th day, the Shijōkō ritual was conducted (both were prayers concerning the earthquake). On the 23rd day, the Hōkyōin Palace withdrew to Imakumano (when Kiyouji fell from power). His Majesty also accompanied him to that shrine, returning to the palace on the 24th day.
