【右丁】
金剛般若経を読誦して地震・風水の災いを謝し、隣国の兵が隙を窺う侵寇を圧する。
二十九日壬子 石清水神社に使者を遣わして幣を奉り、告文を奏上して云々と述べた。
謹んで按ずるに、新羅賊船の事、大鳥怪異の事、肥後国の地震・風水災害の事、陸奥国の地震災害の事、その他の国々でも頗る同様の災いがあった事等について祈申したが、その文は去る十四日に伊勢太神宮に奉った告文と全く同じであるため、今これを略す。
同十二年二月十五日丁酉 従五位下行主殿権助大中臣朝臣国雄を遣わして、八幡大菩薩に敕して幣を奉った。

宮及び香椎廟・宗像大神・甘南備神への告文には云々とある。
謹んで按ずるに、去年六月以来の新羅賊船の事、大鳥怪異の事、肥後国の地震・風水災害の事、陸奥国の地震災害の事、その他の国々で頗る同様の災いがあった事等について祈申したが、その文は上記と同じであるため今これを略す。ただし甘南備神については地震の事を申し破らず。

Recited the Vajra Prajna Sutra to apologize for the disasters of earthquakes, wind, and floods, and to suppress the invasion of neighboring troops seeking opportunities to attack.
29th day, Mizunoe-Ne: Dispatched an envoy to Iwashimizu Shrine to present sacred offerings and submit a written prayer stating various matters.
Upon careful examination: Regarding the matter of Silla pirate ships, the matter of large birds appearing as omens, the matter of earthquake and flood disasters in Higo Province, the matter of earthquake disasters in Mutsu Province, and the matter of other provinces having quite similar disasters - prayers were offered for these matters, but since the text is entirely the same as the written prayer presented to Ise Grand Shrine on the 14th day, it is abbreviated here.
Same 12th year, 2nd month, 15th day, Hinoto-Tori: Dispatched Junior Fifth Rank Lower Acting Assistant Master of the Palace Ōnakatomi no Ason Kunio to present offerings by imperial command to Hachiman Great Bodhisattva.
