被 仰付是迄四番ニ相勤候得共向後八番ニ相勤候様
一 御目付 御本丸泊御番相勤候処表御番士御番
御免ニ付御目付御番も御免被成候旨
一 狛杢允本多左兵衛酒井玄蕃右三人之与力
只今迄瓦御門御番相勤候処向後太鼓御門御番

一 有賀左衛門与力只今迄瓦御門泊り之加番相勤
候処向後出仕并於 御本丸御祈禱之節瓦

一 閏八月十四日為端午重陽歳暮御祝儀是迄御家老ゟ

仰せ付けられ、これまで四番に勤めていたが、今後八番に勤めるよう
一、御目付は御本丸泊御番に勤めていたが、表御番士の御番が
免除されたことに伴い、御目付の御番も免除されるとのこと
一、狛杢允・本多左兵衛・酒井玄蕃の右三人の与力は
これまで瓦御門御番に勤めていたが、今後太鼓御門御番を
勤めるべきとのこと
一、有賀左衛門与力はこれまで瓦御門泊りの加番に勤めて
いたが、今後出仕並びに御本丸での御祈祷の節には瓦
御門へ詰めるよう申し付けるべきとのこと
