     御勤無之翌十日残ル老中幷備後守殿若年寄中江      御廻勤 一 四月十日右同断ニ付 上使御老中土屋相模守 殿   御越其節   監物様御同道ニ而御門迄御出迎御案内ニ而相模守殿   御書院江御通 上意之趣御達有之《割書:上使御取扱|如例》相模守殿   御退出後為御礼御老中江 御廻勤 一 同月十八日歳暮御祝儀御献上ニ付而之 御内書於   御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例 一 同月廿一日 御登 城《割書:昨廿日御用番阿部豊後守 殿ゟ|御老中連名之御切紙来》御参勤之   御礼被 仰上例之通御太刀銀綿御献上 御台様江白銀   縮緬被指上之御退出掛御老中御側御用人若年寄   中江 御廻勤 一 同日為端午御祝儀御使者を以例之通御帷子御単   被献之白銀被指上之     但廿六日ゟ御法事ニ付引上可被成旨御老中ゟ御指図有之 一 同月廿五日御参府ニ付為御土産御使者を以例之通色奉書   紙被献之 御台様江両面打曇鳥子紙被指上之

現代語訳

御勤めはなく、翌十日に残りの老中並びに備後守殿、若年寄中へ      御回勤された 一 四月十日 右同様について 上使として御老中土屋相模守殿が   御越しになり、その節   監物様が御同道にて御門まで御出迎え、御案内にて相模守殿を   御書院へ御通しし、上意の趣を御達しがあった《上使御取扱いは例の通り》相模守殿の   御退出後、御礼のため御老中へ御回勤された 一 同月十八日 歳暮御祝儀御献上についての御内書が   御城において御渡しがあり、御家来拝領物等は例の通りであった 一 同月二十一日 御登城《昨二十日御用番阿部豊後守殿から御老中連名の御切紙が来た》参勤の   御礼を申し上げ、例の通り御太刀・銀・綿を御献上、御台様へ白銀・   縮緬を指し上げた。御退出の際に御老中・御側御用人・若年寄   中へ御回勤された 一 同日 端午の御祝儀として御使者を以て例の通り御帷子・御単物を   献上し、白銀を指し上げた     但し二十六日から御法事につき引き上げるべき旨、御老中から御指図があった 一 同月二十五日 御参府について御土産として御使者を以て例の通り色奉書   紙を献上し、御台様へ両面打曇鳥子紙を指し上げた
