長蚫頂戴之畢而高知初諸士并諸役人迄於席々
御影長蚫頂戴之
但諸物頭ゟ以下之面々は御奏者番取次に而頂戴之
一二日子供御礼之節も於御本丸右同様御影長蚫

一 同日為年始御祝儀御使者恒岡安右衛門《割書：利｜喜》を以例之通
御太刀馬代被献之
一 正月三日為御謡初御祝儀御使者を以例之通御盃台
御酒代被献之
一 同月七日為御上初御使者を以例之通御肴被献之
一 同月九日長嶋道仙老薬御服用 御病気御快に付
為御礼御使者狛杢允《割書：貞｜澄》江戸表え被指出之今日

現代語訳
長寿のお祝いを頂戴した後、高知をはじめ諸士並びに諸役人まで、それぞれの席において
御影と長寿のお祝いを頂戴した。
ただし諸物頭以下の面々は御奏者番の取次によって頂戴した。
一 二日 子供のお礼の際も本丸において右同様に御影と長寿のお祝いを
頂戴した。
一 同日 年始のお祝いとして御使者恒岡安右衛門《割書：利｜喜》を以て例の通り
御太刀と馬代を献上した。
一 正月三日 御謡初めのお祝いとして御使者を以て例の通り御盃台と
御酒代を献上した。
一 同月七日 御上初めとして御使者を以て例の通り御肴を献上した。
一 同月九日 長嶋道仙老の薬を御服用になり、ご病気が回復されたことについて
お礼として御使者狛杢允《割書：貞｜澄》を江戸表へ派遣した。今日
福井を出立した。
ただし杢允は同月十九日に江戸に到着した。
一 正月二十三日 御老中阿部豊後守殿において御返書をお渡しになった。
一 同日 右同様の件について長嶋道仙老が江戸表へ帰参した。今日福井を
出立するにあたり、御使番熊谷小兵衛《割書：正｜長》が道中に付き添った。
一 同月十一日 年始三ヶ日の御規式が済んだことについてお祝いとして

as thanks, messenger Koma Mokunosuke《marginal note: Sada｜sumi》was dispatched to Edo. Today
he departed from Fukui.
However, Mokunosuke arrived in Edo on the 19th of the same month.
1. 23rd day of the first month: A reply letter was delivered by Senior Councilor Abe Bungo-no-kami.
1. Same day: Regarding the same matter, the elderly physician Nagashima Dōsen returned to Edo. As he departed from Fukui today,
messenger Kumagai Kobei《marginal note: Masa｜naga》was assigned to accompany him on the journey.
