一 九月朔日 中務大輔《割書：昌｜勝》様於御在所御病気御指発不軽
段申来ニ付《割書：去月廿五日｜飛脚》為御見廻御膳番勝山藤五郎《割書：幸｜照》早駆
ニ而被遣之
但藤五郎九月四日松岡江着
一 同月三日為重陽御祝儀御使者を以例之通御小袖被献之
白銀被指上之
一 同日 中務大輔《割書：昌｜勝》様御病気ニ付
昌明様内匠頭《割書：昌｜平》様御同道ニ而御老中大久保加賀守《割書：忠｜朝》殿江
御出御内談之上右御病気ニ付御医師御遣被下候様且又
内匠頭様為御看病御在所江御暇被下置候様右両様之
御願書御用番土屋相模守《割書：政｜直》殿江被指出之
一 同日夕右同断ニ付御用番土屋相模守《割書：政｜直》殿ゟ御呼出御留守居
原 平左衛門《割書：正｜武》罷出候處御願之通内匠頭《割書：昌｜平》様江被 仰出候旨
被申渡之依之為御礼御老中御側御用人江

一 九月五日御奏者番溝口市左衛門《割書：隆｜重》毎日松岡江罷越
御容躰相伺其趣江戸表江可申上旨月番御家老申渡之

御頼みとなった
一 九月朔日 中務大輔（昌勝）様が御在所にて御病気が重く発症した
段が申し来たにつき（去月二十五日飛脚）、御見舞いのため御膳番勝山藤五郎（幸照）を早駆
にて派遣された
ただし藤五郎は九月四日松岡に到着
一 同月三日 重陽の御祝儀のため御使者を以て例の通り御小袖を献上され、
白銀を指し上げられた
一 同日 中務大輔（昌勝）様の御病気につき
昌明様と内匠頭（昌平）様が御同道で御老中大久保加賀守（忠朝）殿へ
お出でになり御内談の上、右御病気につき御医師を御派遣くださるよう、且つ又
内匠頭様が御看病のため御在所へ御暇をくださるよう、右両様の
御願書を御用番土屋相模守（政直）殿へ指し出された
一 同日夕 右同断につき御用番土屋相模守（政直）殿より御呼び出し、御留守居
原平左衛門（正武）が罷り出た処、御願いの通り内匠頭（昌平）様へ仰せ出された旨を
申し渡され、これにより御礼のため御老中御側御用人へ
御廻り勤めされた
一 九月五日 御奏者番溝口市左衛門（隆重）が毎日松岡へ罷り越し
御容体を相伺い、その趣を江戸表へ申し上げる旨、月番御家老が申し渡した

One: September 1st - Nakatsukasa-daifu (Masakatsu) became seriously ill at his residence, and when this news arrived (by express messenger on the 25th of last month),御膳番 Katsuyama Togoro (Yukiteru) was dispatched by express horse for a visit of sympathy
However, Togoro arrived at Matsuoka on September 4th
One: Same month, 3rd - For the Chrysanthemum Festival congratulatory ceremony, a small-sleeved kimono was presented through an envoy as customary, and white silver was offered
One: Same day - Regarding Nakatsukasa-daifu (Masakatsu)'s illness
Masaaki and Takumi-no-kami (Masahira) went together to Roju Okubo Kaga-no-kami (Tadatomo)
After private consultation, they requested that a physician be dispatched for the illness, and also that Takumi-no-kami be granted leave to go to the residence for nursing care. Both of these petition documents were submitted to the duty officer Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami (Masanao)
One: Same day evening - Regarding the same matter, the duty officer Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami (Masanao) summoned the caretaker Hara Heizaemon (Masatake), who appeared and was informed that the request regarding Takumi-no-kami (Masahira) had been approved as petitioned. Consequently, he made courtesy visits to the Roju and chamberlains to express gratitude
One: September 5th - 御奏者番 Mizoguchi Ichizaemon (Takashige) was ordered by the monthly duty senior retainer to go to Matsuoka daily to inquire about the patient's condition and report the situation to Edo
