御講談を拝聴したい旨の御願いを申し入れた
一 同月十六日 御老中大久保加賀守（忠朝）殿、土屋相模守（政直）殿へ
御使者として御留守居原平左衛門（正武）を以て、去る九日に内匠頭（昌平）様が松岡へ
御着になり、御医師奥山隆庵老も同日着いて早速御診察があり、
御薬を御服用され、且つ御容体は御同様である段を御国許より申し来た段を
御達しがあった
一 十月五日 中務大輔（昌勝）様が追々御快方になり、御医師美山隆庵を
去月二十三日松岡を立ち今日帰着したにつき、右の御礼のため御用番戸田
山城守（忠昌）殿、先月御用番土屋相模守（政直）殿へ御勤め残し、御老中
御側御用人へ御使者を指し出された
