お入りになった後で二行に罷り出て御影長蚫を頂戴した。これが相済んで、御病気御全快の御祝儀として、御家老をはじめ近習、御手廻表当番の面々へ御赤飯、御酒、御吸物を下された。
一 二月二十四日、浄光院において去る二十二日より今日まで二夜三日にわたり、大安院様十七回御忌の御法事を御執行された。大安寺においても御法事を御執行された。
ただし三月が御相当であるところ、御発駕後になることにより御取越となった。
一 三月三日、御本丸御座之間において本多孫太郎長員をはじめ御家老が御礼を申し上げ、御長蚫、菱餅を下された。その後大広間において高知をはじめ諸士の面々が二行に罷り出て御礼を申し上げ、菱餅を自分で頂戴した。
一 同月十九日、御番皆勤の面々へ御褒美を下された。
一 同月二十六日、福井を御発駕し東海道を御旅行された。
一 四月九日、品川駅御泊りより直ちに御参府のため御案内として、御老中戸田山城守忠昌殿、土屋相模守政直殿へ御勤めより霊厳嶋御屋敷へ御着された。
ただし残りの御老中、御側御用人、若年寄中へは御廻勤された。

After entering, they came out in two lines and received the ceremonial shadow sake cups. When this was completed, in celebration of the lord's complete recovery from illness, red rice, sake, and soup were bestowed upon the senior retainers, close attendants, and those on duty in the personal service rotation.
One: On February 24th, at Jōkō-in temple, from the 22nd until today (two nights and three days), the 17th anniversary memorial service for Lord Daian-in was conducted. The memorial service was also conducted at Daian-ji temple.
Although March would have been the proper time, it was moved up because it would have fallen after the lord's departure.
One: On March 3rd, in the formal audience chamber of the main castle, Honda Magotarō Nagataka and other senior retainers offered their respects and were given ceremonial long sake cups and diamond-shaped rice cakes. Afterwards, in the great hall, Takachi and other samurai came out in two lines to offer their respects and personally received diamond-shaped rice cakes.
One: On the 19th of the same month, rewards were bestowed upon those who had perfect attendance at their guard duties.
One: On the 26th of the same month, the lord departed Fukui and traveled along the Tōkaidō route.
One: On April 9th, proceeding directly from lodging at Shinagawa station for attendance at the capital, as a courtesy visit to Senior Councilors Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa and Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao, the lord arrived at the Reigan-jima residence.
However, courtesy visits were made to the remaining Senior Councilors, chamberlains, and junior councilors.
