During Lord Yorimoto's reign:
- Bunsei 2 (1819), 10th month, 25th day: Newly appointed as ashigaru physician, granted five-person stipend rank, attendant guard rank, and appointed as official physician. However, he should specialize in medical treatment for the domain household.
During Lord Yoriyasu's reign:
- Same 9th year (1826), 5th month, 5th day: Rank of attendant guard sequential official physician, same as before
- Same 12th year (1829), 5th month, 10th day: Name change
- Tempo 5 (1834), 5th month, 13th day: Appointed as assistant ashigaru physician, granted increased stipend of six-person support
- Same 11th year (1840), 7th month, 24th day: Appointed as ashigaru physician, one-person stipend increase
- Same year, 8th month, 18th day: Became senior to Tanaka Takaya
