御徒士目付仮役を命じられる

御徒士小頭御手廻頭を命じられ、江戸勝手へ引越し、
時節については追って仰せ出されるであろう、また在番中は御徒士
目付仮役を心得るべきである、もっとも在番先
一 同年 月 日 家内を呼び寄せ江戸表に到着
一 同年11月20日 御徒士目付当分仮役を

若殿様の御乗出に付き御供打込勤を
