一、文政2年己卯（1819年）8月23日、御徒士御雇勤を仰せ付けられる
これにより御合力として1人半扶持を下賜される
頼寧君御代
一、同3年庚辰（1820年）8月8日、書役助筆を仰せ付けられ、半扶持の御増を下賜される
一、同6年癸未（1823年）11月25日、御切替につき御雇勤を御免され、半扶持を下賜される
一、同10年丁亥（1827年）10月15日、奥坊主が人数不足につき当分助勤を仰せ付けられる。格合のところ御徒士と心得るよう仰せ出される
一、同11年戊子（1828年）6月15日、御雇勤を滞りなく御免され、御金を下賜される
一、同年12月15日、書役方が人数不足またはもしくは認め物が多い節は、書役部屋に詰めて認め物助を仰せ付けられる
一、同12年己丑（1829年）4月15日、郷方が常々繁多の役所につき、勤仕筋の事に馴れるため郷方役所詰を仰せ付けられる。代官中が取り調べる御用向きは勿論、山方薪方の取り調べ等の手伝い、その外何事によらず相勤むべし。もっとも郡代支配とする
一、天保2年辛卯（1831年）正月15日、御年寄中・御用人中書役兼帯御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、格式御供番格次席に成し下され、1人半扶持御増、御合力2人扶持を成し下される
一、同5年甲午（1834年）10月13日、格式御供番格順席、御宛行として高18俵2人扶持を下賜され、直の字部屋の者世話役を加役として仰せ付けられる。書役はこれまでの通り
一、同8年丁酉（1837年）11月23日、2俵の御加増を下賜される
一、同13年壬寅（1842年）2月9日、女子出生
一、同14年卯（1843年）5月22日、父惣吾が病気につき願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられる。勝兵衛儀、数年出精して相勤めた故、家督として高24俵2人扶持を下賜される。格式御供番に成し下され、勤め方はこれまでの通り
一、同15年辰（1844年）10月28日、御蔵方御厩取締役兼帯を仰せ付けられる。書役は当分これまでの通り

- On August 23rd of Bunsei 2, Tsuchinoto-u year (1819), appointed as temporary foot soldier
Accordingly granted 1.5-person sustenance allowance as assistance
Reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On August 8th of the same 3rd year, Kanoe-tatsu (1820), appointed as assistant scribe, granted an increase of half sustenance allowance
- On November 25th of the same 6th year, Mizunoto-hitsuji (1823), relieved of temporary service due to personnel changes, granted half sustenance allowance
- On October 15th of the same 10th year, Hinoto-i (1827), appointed as temporary assistant due to shortage of inner attendants. Though of equivalent rank, ordered to consider himself as foot soldier
- On June 15th of the same 11th year, Tsuchinoe-ne (1828), satisfactorily relieved of temporary service, granted monetary reward
- On December 15th of the same year, when the scribal department is short-staffed or when there are many documents to process, appointed to work in the scribal office as document assistant
- On April 15th of the same 12th year, Tsuchinoto-ushi (1829), appointed to rural affairs office duty to familiarize himself with service matters, as the rural department is constantly busy. Must assist with investigations by deputy magistrates, including forestry and firewood department investigations, and serve in any other capacity as needed. Under district magistrate supervision
- On January 15th of Tenpo 2, Kanoto-u year (1831), appointed as concurrent scribe for senior councilors and chamberlains in temporary service, promoted to junior position in formal retainer guard rank, granted increase of 1.5-person sustenance allowance and 2-person assistance allowance
- On October 13th of the same 5th year, Kinoe-uma (1834), promoted to regular position in formal retainer guard rank, granted allocation of 18 hyo and 2-person sustenance allowance, additionally appointed as supervisor of "Nao" character room staff. Scribal duties to continue as before
- On November 23rd of the same 8th year, Hinoto-tori (1837), granted increase of 2 hyo
- On February 9th of the same 13th year, Mizunoe-tora (1842), daughter born
- On May 22nd of the same 14th year, U (1843), father Sogo granted retirement as requested due to illness. Katsubei, having served diligently for several years, granted succession with stipend of 24 hyo and 2-person sustenance allowance. Promoted to formal retainer guard, duties to continue as before
- On October 28th of the same 15th year, Tatsu (1844), additionally appointed as treasury and stable supervisor. Scribal duties to continue as before for the time being
