伊沢数右衛門
真如院様の御代
一 享保五年庚子（1720年）三月二十一日 一両の足金を給与され徒士格となり、家老中の書役に任命される
一 同九年甲辰（1724年）十二月二十八日 一分の加給金を受け、合計四両一分を下賜される
一 同十三年申（1728年）五月十一日 御供番を下賜され、家老方書役に任命される
一 同十四年己酉（1729年）六月二十四日 数年間江戸で都合により勤務していたため、領地への引越しを命じられ、高遠において勤務方法について申し渡すことになった

一 元文元年辰（1736年）十月二十日 大納戸に任命される
一 同二年巳（1737年）十二月二十三日 御買物払方加役に任命される
一 寛保元年辛酉（1741年）十二月一日 三俵の加増を受け、合計二十二俵を下賜される
一 寛延二年己巳（1749年）七月二十八日 格式として中小性を下賜され、二俵一人扶持の加増、分一方に任命される
一 宝暦四年甲戌（1754年）十月一日 代官に任命され、二俵

During the reign of Lord Shinnyo-in
- Kyōhō 5, kanoe-ne (1720), 3rd month, 21st day: Granted one ryō stipend money, appointed to ashigaru rank, and assigned as clerk to the chief retainers
- Same 9th year, kinoe-tatsu (1724), 12th month, 28th day: Received additional stipend of one bu, total granted four ryō one bu
- Same 13th year, tsuchi-no-e saru (1728), 5th month, 11th day: Granted attendant duty rotation, appointed as clerk to the chief retainers
- Same 14th year, tsuchi-no-to tori (1729), 6th month, 24th day: Having served in Edo for several years under special circumstances, ordered to relocate to the domain territory, with duty assignments to be announced at Takato
During the reign of Lord Genryū-in
- Genbun 1, mizuno-e tatsu (1736), 10th month, 20th day: Appointed to ōnando (treasury keeper)
- Same 2nd year, tsuchi-no-to mi (1737), 12th month, 23rd day: Appointed as assistant purchasing officer
- Kanpō 1, kanoto-tori (1741), 12th month, 1st day: Granted increase of three hyō, total twenty-two hyō granted
- Kan'en 2, tsuchi-no-to mi (1749), 7th month, 28th day: Granted the rank of chū-koshō, increase of two hyō and one person's stipend, appointed to bunichi-kata
- Hōreki 4, kinoe-inu (1754), 10th month, 1st day: Appointed as magistrate, two hyō
