加増と役料を並の通り下賜される
一 同七年丑（1755年）九月 甥の伊沢十角という者が江戸表に在住していたが、この度水野織部様の家来である横山三右衛門という者の方へ私の次男を養子に遣わしたいとの願いが済んだ
一 同年十一月四日 支配替えを命じられる
一 同九年己卯（1759年）十一月四日 中小性目付吟味役兼帯を命じられ、七俵の加増を受け合計三十三俵を下賜される。用人支配で休息所の御勤めをするよう申し出でられた
一 同十三年癸未（1763年）十二月二十五日 吟味方兼帯を免除される
一 同十四年申（1764年）四月二十六日 甥の伊沢十角が水野様の家来横山三右衛門方へ次男として養子に遣わしたが不縁となり、増山対馬守様の御家中の親類方へ引き取られた
一 明和四年丁亥（1767年）九月十四日 思し召しにより役儀を免じられ隠居を命じられる
一 安永二年癸巳（1773年）十一月六日 病死

- Same 7th year, ushi (1755), 9th month: His nephew Izawa Jūkaku, who was residing in Edo, this time had his petition approved to send my second son as an adopted child to Yokoyama San'emon, a retainer of Lord Mizuno Oribe
- Same year, 11th month, 4th day: Ordered to change supervision assignments
- Same 9th year, tsuchi-no-to u (1759), 11th month, 4th day: Appointed as chū-koshō inspector and examination officer concurrently, granted increase of seven hyō for a total of thirty-three hyō. Assigned to serve under yōnin supervision at the rest quarters
- Same 13th year, mizuno-to hitsuji (1763), 12th month, 25th day: Relieved of concurrent examination duties
- Same 14th year, saru (1764), 4th month, 26th day: His nephew Izawa Jūkaku, who had been sent as second son in adoption to Yokoyama San'emon (retainer of Lord Mizuno), became estranged and was taken in by relatives in Lord Masuyama Tsushima-no-kami's retainer group
- Meiwa 4, hinoto-i (1767), 9th month, 14th day: By his lordship's consideration, relieved of official duties and ordered to retire

Granted rank of attendant duty rotation, temporarily assigned to guard duty rotation, yōnin clerk duties to continue as before for now
- Same 5th year, ne (1768), 1st month, 26th day: Changed name to Rokurōemon
- Same 6th year, ushi (1769), 2nd month: Sister's petition to become wife of Izawa Jūtadayū approved

- Same 9th year, mizuno-e tatsu (1772), 11th month, 23rd day: Ordered to relocate to Edo for goyūhitsu apprentice duties, granted increase of two hyō and one person's support, total of twenty-four hyō and four persons' support. To depart for Edo by next spring
