一 明和四年丁亥（1767年）八月二十九日、御供番格として新規に召し出され、御馬御用筋・御馬役への相談役、御馬の下乗を専門に勤め、御用の少ない時は御次番を仰せ付けられ、御宛行二十俵二人扶持を下され、馬医を仰せ付けられた。

Izawa Jūtayū, nephew of Izawa Kazuemon and horse doctor
During the reign of Lord Genryūin
1. On the 29th day of the 8th month of Meiwa 4, year of the Boar (1767), he was newly summoned as gokūban-kaku (personal attendant rank), assigned to serve exclusively in horse-related duties and horse dismounting services, consulting on equestrian affairs and horse administration. During periods of light duties, he was assigned to alternate duty shifts. He was granted a stipend of 20 hyō and rations for two people, and appointed as horse doctor.
During the reign of Lord Yorimoto
1. On the 20th day of the 4th month of Kansei 9, year of the Boar (1797), he retired upon his own request.
