一 今日、七郎右衛門殿よりご用があるので出向くようにとのお申し付けがあったため、参上したところ、書状をもってお申し渡しがあった。内容は以下の通り。

右は、網打ちにおいて誠意をもって骨折り、
勤めを果たしたため、これを与える。
右の通り、臨時のご褒美を
お与えになるので、申し渡すべきこと。以上

一 綱平・郡右衛門の両人を呼び寄せ、
書付の趣旨を申し渡し、鳥目
五百文ずつを渡した。
これにより、両人がお礼のためにご挨拶回りをした。

The above is granted in recognition of their dedicated and diligent service
in net-casting duties.
The above constitutes an extraordinary reward
which is to be bestowed; please make the announcement accordingly. Respectfully submitted.

One item: Tsunahei and Kōrōemon were both summoned,
the contents of the written notice were conveyed to them, and 500 mon
in coin each was distributed.
Following this, both men made their rounds to offer their thanks.
