一 一切（いつさい）の食物（しよくもつ）の毒（どく）に中（あたり）たるは地（ち）を掘（ほ）
る事（こと）三尺斗（さんじやくばかり）其（その）土（つち）をとり水（みつ）五升（ごしやう）ほど
いれ煮（に）かへしてすまし置（をき）其水（そのみづ）を
貳合（にごふ）飲（のむ）へし
右 二條千金方（にでふせんきんほふ）に出
一 菌（きのこ）草 魚毒（さかなのどく）にあたりたるには桜（さくら）の実（み）を陰（かげ）
乾（ぼし）にしたるを粉（こ）にして素湯（さゆ）にて用て
よし又 木（き）の皮（かは）を煎（せん）じ用てよし
一 一切（いつさい）の毒（どく）に中（あたり）たるには硫黄（いほふ）をすり粉（こ）に
して素湯（さゆ）にて用てよし
一 一切（いつさい）の毒（どく）にあたりたるには紺屋（こふや）の染物（そめもの）
の藍（あい）をのみてよし

現代語訳
一、一切の食物の毒に当たったときは、地面を三尺ほど掘り、その土を取って水五升ほどを入れ、煮返してから澄ませ置き、その水を二合飲むべきである。
右は『二条千金方』に出ている
一、きのこや魚の毒に当たったときは、桜の実を陰干しにしたものを粉にして白湯で用いるとよい。また、木の皮を煎じて用いてもよい。
一、一切の毒に当たったときは、硫黄をすり粉にして白湯で用いるとよい。
一、一切の毒に当たったときは、紺屋の染物の藍を飲むとよい。

1. When poisoned by any kind of food, dig the ground about three feet deep, take that soil and add about five shō of water, boil it repeatedly, then let it settle clear, and drink two gō of that water.
