○痢病（りひよう）に用（もちゆ）へき方（ほう）
一 痢病（りひよふ）にて熱（ねつ）つよく時疫（じゑき）の様（よふ）なる症（しよふ）には時（じ）
疫（ゑき）の條（でふ）に出（いだ）せし通（とふり）の鶏卵（たまご）を熱湯（あつきゆ）にかき
まぜ飲（のみ）汗（あせ）をとるの方よし若（もし）熱気（ねつき）なく
下（くた）るものは天樞（へそがゝみ）に毎日（まいにち）十五六 丁（てふ）ツヽ灸治（きうじ）を
すべし
右 外台方（げだいほう）に出
一 痢病（りひよふ）には生姜（しよふが）の古根（ふるね）と極上（ごくしよふ）の茶（ちや）とを等（おなし）
分（ほと）に合（あわ）せ常（つね）の如（こと）く煎（せん）し用（もちい）てよし
一痢病には鹿角菜（ひしき）を《割書：海草｜也》味噌汁（みそしる）にて煮（に）
用てよし

一痢病には牻牛児（げんのしよふこ）をかげ乾（ぼし）にしたるを煎（せん）し

現代語訳
○痢病に用いるべき処方
一、痢病で熱が強く時疫のような症状には、時疫の条に出した通りの鶏卵を熱湯にかき混ぜて飲み、発汗させる方法がよい。もし熱気がなく下痢をするものは、天枢（へその脇）に毎日十五～六壮ずつ灸治をすべきである。
右は『外台方』に出ている
一、痢病には生姜の古根と極上の茶とを等分に合わせ、普通のように煎じて用いるとよい。
一、痢病には鹿角菜（海草である）を味噌汁で煮て用いるとよい。
右は『二条救民妙薬集』に出ている
一、痢病には牽牛子を陰干しにしたものを煎じて用いるべきである。初めから終わりまでこの処方を用いてよい。
右は『稲若水経験』
○食物の毒に当たったときに用いるべき処方
一、一切の食物の毒に当たって苦しむときは、生の韮をつき、その汁を飲むとよい。

○Prescriptions to be used for dysentery
1. For dysentery with strong fever and symptoms like epidemic disease, the method of mixing chicken eggs in hot water and drinking it to induce sweating, as described in the section on epidemic diseases, is good. If there is no feverish qi and the person has diarrhea, moxibustion should be applied daily at the Tianshu point (beside the navel) with fifteen to sixteen moxa cones each time.
