玉麟院様御庖瘡被遊候節精出宜相勤候
に付御紋之御羽織一つ被下置候事

番も繁く致勤労候に付御時節柄に候
得共御役料百石被下置候事

One: Same 9th year, year of the Dragon (Kyōhō 9, 1724), 12th month -
When Gyokurin'in-sama suffered from smallpox, he worked diligently and served well,
for which he was granted one haori jacket with [the lord's] crest.
One: Same 10th year, year of the Snake (Kyōhō 10, 1725), 10th month - He worked diligently and served well, and performed frequent service in Edo guard duty, so despite the difficult times, he was granted a service stipend of 100 koku.
One: Same 11th year, year of the Horse (Kyōhō 11, 1726), 9th month - He went up to Edo for guard duty, completed one term of service, and returned.
One: Same 12th year, year of the Sheep (Kyōhō 12, 1727), 3rd month - Before [the lord], for having served faithfully for many years, he was directly granted an additional 100 koku on top of his current service stipend.

As Shōshōin-sama passed away, he departed on the night of the 25th to inquire after [the lord's] well-being, arrived in Edo at dawn on the 28th, and returned in the 4th month of the same year.
One: Same 13th year, year of the Monkey (Kyōhō 13, 1728), 3rd month - He went up as part of [the lord's] entourage for guard duty, completed one term of service, and returned.
Note: Due to the various hardships he endured during the journey, with gracious words [from the lord], he received one lined haori jacket with [the lord's] crest and five pieces of silver
