 枚被下置候㕝 一同十四酉年九月為勤番江戸表罷  登一陣相勤罷下候事 一同十六亥年三月為勤番江戸表へ  罷登一陣相勤罷下候事 一同十七子年五月先 御代より精出宜  相勤候に付御看拘之御方へ被 仰談  奉行職被 仰付御用之書連名加  判被 仰付纏馬印御免被成同心  料被 下置之旨被 仰出候事 一同年九月江戸為勤番罷登一陣相勤  罷下候事 一同年十一月於会津乗物御免被成  候事 一同十九寅年十一月願之通当職御免被  成別段之者に候間無役に而席牧原只右衛  門次被 仰付候且年若之者に候間致  保養快候はゝ相応之勤をも可被  仰付思召候に付番代も不被 仰付  候旨被 仰出候事

枚を下し置かれ候事 一同十四酉年九月 勤番として江戸表罷り 登り一陣相勤め罷り下り候事 一同十六亥年三月 勤番として江戸表へ 罷り登り一陣相勤め罷り下り候事 一同十七子年五月 先御代より精出しよく 相勤め候に付き、御看拘の御方へ仰せ談じられ、 奉行職を仰せ付けられ、御用の書連名加 判を仰せ付けられ、纏馬印御免成され、同心 料を下し置かれる旨仰せ出され候事 一同年九月 江戸へ勤番として罷り登り一陣相勤め 罷り下り候事 一同年十一月 会津において乗物御免成され 候事 一同十九寅年十一月 願いの通り当職御免成され 別段の者に候間、無役にて席は牧原只右衛 門次を仰せ付けられ候。かつ年若の者に候間、 保養致し快候はば相応の勤めをも 仰せ付けられるべき思し召しに候に付き、番代も仰せ付けられ 候旨仰せ出され候事

英語訳

pieces [of silver] were granted. One: Same 14th year, year of the Rooster (Kyōhō 14, 1729), 9th month - He went up to Edo for guard duty, completed one term of service, and returned. One: Same 16th year, year of the Boar (Kyōhō 16, 1731), 3rd month - He went up to Edo for guard duty, completed one term of service, and returned. One: Same 17th year, year of the Rat (Kyōhō 17, 1732), 5th month - For having served diligently and well since the previous lord's time, [the lord] consulted with the advisors in charge of personnel matters and appointed him to the position of magistrate (bugyō), ordered him to co-sign official documents, granted him permission for unit banners, and announced that retainer stipends would be granted to him. One: Same year, 9th month - He went up to Edo for guard duty, completed one term of service, and returned. One: Same year, 11th month - He was granted permission to use a palanquin in Aizu. One: Same 19th year, year of the Tiger (Kyōhō 19, 1734), 11th month - As requested, he was relieved of his current position. Since he is a person of special standing, he was assigned to a seat next to Makihara Tadaemon without official duties. Moreover, since he is still young, it was announced that if he recovers his health through rest and recuperation, he may be appointed to appropriate duties according to [the lord's] wishes, and therefore no substitute would be appointed for now.
