仰せ談じられ候処、申し出候趣もっともと思し召され候。併せて当務は御用捨遊ばされず候。この度の御参勤御供は御用捨成され候。保養を致し、当秋罷り登り候様仰せ出され候事
一同年九月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌酉四月罷り下り候事
一寛保元酉年二月 江戸表において当秋御上京御供を仰せ付けられ候処、小知に付き一統被下方、御貸方の外に御蔵金百両貸し為され候旨仰せ出され候事

英語訳
When this was discussed with him, his petition was deemed reasonable. However, his current duties would not be suspended. This time his attendance on the lord's sankin journey would be excused. He should recuperate and return in the autumn, as was announced.
One: Same year, 9th month - He went up to Edo as a duty guard (kinban) and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the Rooster.
One: Kanpō 1, year of the Rooster (1741), 2nd month - At Edo, he was ordered to accompany [the lord] on the imperial visit (jōkyō) in the autumn. Since his stipend was small, in addition to the standard provisions and loans, 100 ryō from the domain treasury would be lent to him, as was announced.
One: Same year, 7th month - He went up to Edo, was ordered to accompany [the lord] on the imperial visit in the 9th month of the same year, and returned accompanying [the lord's] descent in the 11th month of the same year.
One: Enkyō 1, year of the Rat (1744), 3rd month - In the lord's presence, [it was noted that] he had been employed with favor since the previous lord's time, and had served diligently and well in his duties since the current lord's youth. Therefore, he was appointed to the position of karō (chief retainer) and granted an increase of 300 koku, as announced through an official document. At the antechamber, he was granted permission for ceremonial equipment (mochishimono), and it was announced that he would receive retainer stipends along with his colleagues.
