相勤及年来病身之事にも候間勤番
御用捨被成之旨被 仰出候事
一宝暦元未年正月願之通当職御免被成
内願之通隠居被 仰付候
但勤中御筆物軸物御召物類御硯箱
御屏風花生御掛物香道具類其外
品々被下置候事

一寛延二巳年八月 御前において、数年精を出して相勤め、年来病身の事にも候間、勤番御用捨成される旨仰せ出され候事
一宝暦元未年正月 願いの通り当職御免成され、内願の通り隠居仰せ付けられ候
但し勤中御筆物軸物御召物類御硯箱御屏風花生御掛物香道具類その外品々下し置かれ候事

英語訳
One: Kan'en 2, year of the Snake (1749), 8th month - In the lord's presence, [it was noted that] he had served diligently for several years, but since he had been in poor health for some time, his guard duty (kinban) would be excused, as was announced.
One: Hōreki 1, year of the Sheep (1751), 1st month - As requested, he was released from his current position, and as privately requested, he was granted permission to retire.
However, during his service he was granted calligraphy works, hanging scrolls, clothing, inkstone boxes, folding screens, flower vases, hanging scrolls, incense ceremony implements, and various other items.
One: An'ei 1, year of the Dragon (1772), 1st month, 14th day - Died of illness at age 86.
