一宝暦九卯年閏七月親願通初而之
御目見被 仰付候事
一安永元辰年八月親外記精出相勤
候に付御情に御知行三百石被下置御側
之列被 仰付御側御番御名代月
番勤被 仰付旦当十月為勤番
江戸表へ罷登為物馴候御使番之勤
被 仰付之旨被 仰出候事
一同年十月為勤番江戸表へ罷登翌
巳ノ五月 御下向之節御道中小番
頭勤被 仰付御供仕罷下候事
一同二巳ノ年七月御小性頭御馬方支配被

現代語訳
実は横山主税常尹の女
一、宝暦九卯年閏七月、親の願い通り初めてお目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、安永元辰年八月、親の外記が精勤したことにより、御情けで知行三百石を下し置かれ、御側の列に仰せ付けられ、御側御番・御名代月番勤を仰せ付けられ、また当十月に勤番のため江戸表へ登り、物馴らしのため御使番の勤めを仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出された事
一、同年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、翌巳年五月の御下向の節、御道中小番頭勤を仰せ付けられ、御供として下った事
一、同二巳年七月、御小性頭・御馬方支配を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十二月、先達ての勤番の節、御先立・御客御応答にも出て、御道中小番頭勤めも滞りなく相勤めたことにより、御前において御古麻御上下一具を下し置かれた事

Actually the daughter of Yokoyama Chikara Tsunetada
1. In the intercalary 7th month of Hōreki 9 (1759), year of the Rabbit, he was granted his first audience as requested by his father.

In the 8th month of An'ei 1 (1772), year of the Dragon, due to his father Geki's diligent service, he was graciously granted a stipend of 300 koku, appointed to the ranks of御側 (gosoku, personal attendants), assigned to gosoku guard duty and monthly proxy service, and in the 10th month of that year, he was ordered to go up to Edo for guard duty and was assigned to messenger guard duty for familiarization.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty, and in the 5th month of the following year of the Snake when the lord descended, he was appointed to serve as kobangashira (minor guard captain) during the journey and accompanied the lord down.
1. In the 7th month of An'ei 2 (1773), year of the Snake, he was appointed as gokoshōgashira (head of pages) and supervisor of the horse department.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, having served without incident in his previous guard duty, participating in advance parties and guest receptions, and fulfilling his duties as kobangashira during the journey, he was graciously granted a set of formal hemp kamishimo before his lord.
