恭定様為御遺物染御小袖壱つ白御小
袖壱つ両面之御羽織壱つ丹後縞一反
被下置候事
一同三寅年八月
貞昭様為御遺物裏附御上下壱具染御小
袖壱つ被下置候事
一同四卯年九月ならし馬揃之節
隊中召連罷出候事
一同十二亥年十二月三ノ丸教場之
儀脩々甲士列伍足並等相揃候段精
出及差図候故之儀と被 思召之
旨被 仰出候事
一同十四丑年十月士中操錬之儀出精相
励宜及差図候に付為御褒美采配一
柄被下置之旨被 仰出御品は追而於
御前御手自被下置候事

恭定様の御遺物として、染御小袖一つ、白御小袖一つ、両面の御羽織一つ、丹後縞一反を下し置かれた事

一 同十四年丑年十月、士中操錬の儀について精出し励み、よく指図に及んだにつき、御褒美として采配一柄を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出され、御品は追って御前において御手自ら下し置かれた事
