壱具銀子三枚被下置候事
右為御祝儀綿弐把被下置且
寿鳳院様ゟ綿五杷干鯛一折紗綾二巻
井伊掃部頭様ゟ羽二重弐疋
松寿院様ゟ染絹壱反
貞昭様ゟ生絹壱疋被下候節御袷壱つ被
下置候事
一同年五月 御道中御用人仮役相勤候に付
麻御上下壱具被下置候事
一同九巳年九月先達而勤番之節 御理髪
御献上之御品御設方之儀宜令差配無滞相
済御入方減少いたし候に付為御褒美綿
三把被下置候事
一同十二申年正月数年精出相勤に付只今
迄之御役料五拾石御加増に御直被下置候事
一享和元酉年三月願之通隠居被 仰付候

現代語訳
一具と銀子三枚を下し置かれること
右の御祝儀として綿二把を下し置かれ、かつ
寿鳳院様より綿五把・干鯛一折・紗綾二巻
井伊掃部頭様より羽二重二疋
松寿院様より染絹一反
貞昭様より生絹一疋を下された節、御袷一つを下し置かれること
一 同年五月、御道中御用人仮役を相勤めるにつき、麻の御上下一具を下し置かれること
一 同九年巳年九月、先達ての勤番の節、御理髪御献上の御品御設方の儀をよく差配し滞りなく済ませ、御入用を減少させたにつき、御褒美として綿三把を下し置かれること
一 同十二年申年正月、数年精励して相勤めるにつき、只今までの御役料五十石御加増を御直々に下し置かれること
一 享和元年酉年三月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられること
一 文化元年子年正月十九日、六十五歳にて病死、法名慈生院、葬所万松山天寧寺
英語訳
One set [of formal dress] and three silver coins were granted
As congratulations for the above, two bundles of cotton were granted, and additionally:
From Lady Juhoin: five bundles of cotton, one box of dried sea bream, two rolls of silk gauze
From Lord Ii Kamon-no-kami: two bolts of habutae silk
From Lady Shojuin: one bolt of dyed silk
From Lord Sadaaki: one bolt of raw silk, and on that occasion one lined robe was granted
In the 5th month of the same year, for serving as temporary chief retainer during the lord's journey, was granted one set of hemp formal dress
In the 9th month of Kansei 9 [1797], year of the snake, for the previous guard duty service, properly managing the arrangements for hair-cutting ceremony offerings without delay and reducing expenses, was awarded three bundles of cotton as recognition
In the 1st month of Kansei 12 [1800], year of the monkey, for diligent service over many years, was directly granted an increase of fifty koku to his current stipend
In the 3rd month of Kyowa 1 [1801], year of the rooster, was permitted to retire as requested
In the 1st month, 19th day of Bunka 1 [1804], year of the rat, died of illness at age sixty-five, posthumous Buddhist name Jishoin, buried at Banshōzan Tenneiji Temple
