通相心得候様且非常之御執行を以御除物等
被成置都而御暮方規則被相立候に付而は常
式御入方は格別不時臨時之出方有之節は
兼而不時御備分規被立置候金高を以月賦立置
及吟味候様尤右体出方有之節は御尋可
有之候間御入方増に相成如何と存候儀は不差
扣申出候様依而は諸吟味物諸達を始向に懸
合之儀ともに重にいたし候様被 仰付候事
一同月武講懸り勤并教場立添之手伝願
之通御免被成候事

修行格別に果断実行する様仰せ付けられる間、なお一層修行出精致す様仰せ付けられること
一 同三寅年三月、教場立添手伝勤めを仰せ付けられること
一 同年十月、一御目付を仰せ付けられ、会津両御納戸主役兼務を仰せ付けられる
但し右につき勤番・月番・添番並びに諸勤めを御免になること
一 同月、両御納戸主役兼務を仰せ付けられては、米金銭出納の筋握りの義、委曲先役に仰せ付け置かれる通り心得る様、かつ非常の御執行をもって御除物等を成し置かれ、すべて御暮らし方規則を相立てられることにつきては、常式御入り方は格別、不時臨時の出方これ有る節は、兼ねて不時御備え分規を立て置かれる金高をもって月賦立て置き、吟味に及ぶ様、もっとも右体出方これ有る節は御尋ねこれ有るべく候間、御入り方増しに相成りいかがと存ずる儀は遠慮なく申し出る様、これによりては諸吟味物・諸達を始め向に懸け合いの儀共に重きを致す様仰せ付けられること
一 同月、武講懸り勤め並びに教場立添の手伝い、願いの通り御免になること

One: In the same month, having been appointed to concurrently serve as head of both treasury offices, regarding the handling of rice, money and cash receipts and disbursements, was ordered to understand thoroughly as instructed to previous appointees, and moreover, with extraordinary implementation, reserves were set aside, and since overall household financial regulations were established, while regular income was separate, when there were extraordinary or temporary expenditures, using the amount of money previously set aside for emergency reserves, monthly installments were arranged and subject to examination. Naturally, when such expenditures occurred, there would be inquiries, so if there were concerns about increases in income, was ordered to report without hesitation. Therefore, was ordered to handle seriously all examination matters, various communications, and consultation affairs with relevant parties
