一同四卯年二月御省略任役被 仰付諸筋
いつれとなく出席いたし出方滅少之儀
宜申談諸役人之勤方をも見分いたし存
寄之義は不差扣申出候様被 仰付候事
一同日会津両御納戸之儀金銭一纏に相成御除物
専ら御取計有之儀に候間出納之儀に付而は
元〆方御借金懸りをも申談候様被 仰付候事

一 同四卯年二月、御省略任役を仰せ付けられ、諸筋いずれともなく出席致し、出費減少の儀について適宜申し談じ、諸役人の勤め方をも見分致し、存じ寄りの儀は遠慮なく申し出る様仰せ付けられること
一 同日、会津両御納戸の儀、金銭一纏めに相成り、御除物専ら御取り計らいこれ有る儀に候間、出納の儀につきては元締め方御借金懸りをも申し談ずる様仰せ付けられること
一 同日、御省略任役を仰せ付けられることにつきては、安積市太夫儀、兼ねて右任役を仰せ付け置かれる儀に候間、熟談致し御省略取り計らう様仰せ付けられること
一 同年六月、横山数馬儀、通船普請の御用のため出役致す跡、駅所締め方役場兼ね相勤める様仰せ付けられる
但しこの後とも数馬儀出役の毎度、右の通り心得る様仰せ聞かされること
一 同月、兼ねて兵学心得候者につき、御目付十人の内へ差し加えられ、北地へ御固めの御用差し越される旨仰せ出されること

One: In the 6th month of the same year, while Yokoyama Kazuma was serving on duty for ship repair work, was ordered to concurrently serve at the post station accounting office
