一宝永元申年正月御膳番被 仰付候
但右之節親小右衛門儀
土津様御殿立被成候者其上当時
御袋様御由身に別り殊に其身之生付
も実体に相見候条旁以仲ケ間例外に
御懇に可被召仕 思召に候間難有奉
存諸事相慎可相勤候且又親類縁
者は格別仲ケ間之外へは門見舞も決
而無用可仕旨御書付被下置候事
一同年 御膳番並之御加増金一両

一同年十二 日光御参詣被遊候に付ニ
御供仕候事
一同酉年閏四月実体に宜相勤候に付金
六両壱人扶持御加増被下置親小右衛門儀

現代語訳
一元禄十二年卯年正月 並の御擬作金八両四人扶持を下し置かれ、御小性に召し出され候事
一宝永元年申年正月 御膳番を仰せ付けられ候
但し右の節、親小右衛門の儀、
土津様の御殿立てを成され候者、その上当時
御袋様の御由緒身に別れ、殊にその身の生まれ付き
も実体に相見え候条、かたがた以て中ケ間例外に
御懇に召し使われるべく思し召しに候間、有り難く存じ
諸事相慎み勤めるべく候、且つまた親類縁
者は格別、中ケ間の外へは門見舞いも決して
無用仕るべき旨、御書付を下し置かれ候事
一同年 御膳番並の御加増金一両を
下し置かれ候事
一同年十二月 日光御参詣遊ばされ候に付き
御供仕り候事

One: In the first month of Genroku 12, year of the Rabbit (1699) - He was granted a stipend of eight ryō in imitation money and provisions for four people of regular rank, and was summoned to serve as a page (koshō).
One: In the first month of Hōei 1, year of the Monkey (1704) - He was appointed to the dining service (gozenban).
However, at this time, regarding his father Koemon,
as he was one who served in establishing Lord Dotsū's palace, and moreover at present
he is distinguished by his connection to Her Ladyship's lineage, and particularly his natural disposition
appears to be of genuine character, for all these reasons he shall be treated
with special kindness beyond the usual middle-ranking attendants, as this is His Lordship's wish, and we are grateful for this consideration.
He should conduct himself with prudence in all matters, and furthermore, except for close relatives and
family connections, he should absolutely refrain from making courtesy visits
outside the middle quarters, as instructed in the written order given to him.
One: Same year - He was granted an additional allowance of one ryō for his dining service duties.
One: Same year, 12th month - He accompanied His Lordship on a pilgrimage to Nikkō.
